The steak was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I also enjoyed my lemon drop, and the view from our table was really nice. We had a great view of the city, which honestly added a lot to the experience. The atmosphere and overall aesthetics of the restaurant are beautiful and definitely feel upscale.
However, while the steak was great, the sides were just okay. The creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were decent, but they weren’t very flavorful, which was a little disappointing for a restaurant at this level.
For a place with this reputation, some of the basics were pretty disappointing. Before I could even sit down, there were water droplets on the seat. The hostess tried to hand me napkins so I could wipe it myself, and my husband offered to do it, but I felt they should handle that since we were told our table was ready. I’m not bougie—it’s just reasonable to expect the table and seat to be clean.
On top of that, the window by our table was visibly dirty, like someone had drawn on it with greasy fingers. I had to ask twice before someone finally came to wipe it down, which took away from the experience.
As for the waiter, I don’t think he was necessarily trying to be rude. Because of where I was sitting, he probably didn’t want to reach across and may have thought it was fine to gently toss the menu my way. Still, it didn’t leave me with a great feeling. At a restaurant like this, I would expect the server to come to the guest rather than tossing something, even if the table setup makes it a little awkward.
The owner did come around, but by that point we were already eating, so I didn’t bring it up. What stood out to me is that we received a text saying our table was ready early, yet the area clearly hadn’t been fully checked or cleaned—between the wet seat and the dirty window.
The food overall was good, and in many ways the place feels like it should be a 4-star experience. But because of the service and cleanliness details, and the underwhelming sides, I’m giving this location a 3 out of 5. I’m not sure I’d return to this specific location, even though the steak itself was excellent.

Overall good experience! A group private event in a nice cozy room with a view (difficult to appreciate in the dark). Particularly enjoyed the king salmon, spinach dip and the cheesecake with berries. Great service.

I went to the restaurant for a private dinner. We had a whole room for our group. We had full course meal. We can selected our salad, main dish, and dessert. We had appetizer and side dish on the table like a family style. The service was great. The staff were very professional and helpful. The food was amazing. The view was amazing.

I made a reservation for this past valentines day weekend at this specific location for me and my man. Let me just say the food was horrible!!! I ordered the oven roasted stuffed chicken breast with a side of cream spinach. My man ordered salmon. We originally dine at the Baltimore harbor location but wanted to try this location out instead for the weekend. I am used to the stuffed chicken being more seasoned and fully cooked. In this case it was neither. His salmon also lacked flavor. It just tasted as if someone just cooked salmon with no seasoning. The set up was completely a mess in my opinion. They had us seating in a small dining room area with tables that were entirely way too small. It was so packed and close together that you could literally reach your arm out and touch the next quest at his/her table sitting next or across from you. Nothing about the setup was intimate or spacious. You could literally hear and see what the next couple was conversing about. Even a few times I tried getting a few pictures of myself at the table I always had someone in the background of my photo due to how close the seating arrangements were. The table they sat us at was so small and low to the ground that the heels I had on I had to sit and dine sideways. I just do not understand for the price that people pay to dine here why was it piss poor accommodations/set up for valentines day? The only good thing I have to say is that our server was very polite and attentive. I think this restaurant/location was just trying to secure so many bookings/slots in one day on valentines day that they did not probably think for one second that couples/guest probably did not want to be so close to other couples in a small dining hall area. It just felt very awkward to the say the least and I’ll just stick to the Ruth Chris here in Baltimore. at least my food will be fully cooked and have seasoning/flavor. This place did a rush job this past Saturday. I feel like I wasted my money this Saturday. I could have kept my money if I had known it would be like this.

I’m pretty sure that Ruth’s Chris is my favorite place to have steak. I have been to this location, many times, but I have not been in a while. The most fantastic server I have ever experienced works at this location, his name is Teddy, you will receive service like no other. In my opinion, I don’t know what’s better, the steak or Teddy . I don’t think you can go wrong with any steak there and the side dishes are amazing. The creamed spinach, the mashed potatoes, the cremini mushrooms are all so amazing. The crème brûlée is also to die for. My only complaint about Ruth’s Chris is why did they get rid of the french fries?? Oh, they were so good. Anyway, this location in my opinion is better than the Tyson’s corner location. You should ask to sit in Teddy’s section for best service you will ever have

Let me be honest. I’ve never been a big fan of Ruth’s Chris Steak House. For the price point, I’ve often felt the quality didn’t quite match what you can get at a good non-chain steakhouse.
That said, this particular location completely proved me wrong. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely return.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service my cousins and I received tonight at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. From the moment we sat down, the servers Teddy and Eric were very rude and made us feel like every simple request was a problem. The most upsetting part of the evening was when one of them insinuated that my cousin and I were sharing IDs to purchase alcohol, even though our IDs look nothing alike. It was an uncomfortable and unnecessary accusation that completely changed the tone of our night.
I will say that Manager Kelly did take the time to personally address our concerns, which we appreciated. However, by that point the experience had already been soured and the negative attitude from the servers lasted throughout the night.
For a restaurant that presents itself as an upscale dining experience, the level of customer service we received was extremely disappointing.

We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at Ruth Chris tonight, and it was an absolute delight! Our table was adorned with a heartfelt card, adorned with rose petals and confetti, making it a truly special touch. We had a beautiful window seat overlooking the Regan Airport which added to the ambiance of the evening.
Our server, Kevin, was exceptional. Not only was Kevin kind and attentive, but the service was also impeccable. I opted for the summer special 8oz center-cut filet and a lobster tail, while my husband chose the 8oz petite filet with shrimp. To complement our main courses, we had roasted Brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes.
Now, let me tell you about the steak. I’ve had my fair share of steaks in my life, but this one truly stood out. It was bursting with flavor, juicy, sizzling hot, and melted in my mouth with every bite. The lobster was equally impressive, succulent, juicy, and bursting with sweetness.
