I love McDonalds, I only go if I have extra time. The wait time is horrible. I don’t care what you order, it’s ridiculous. This is the one on Crater Rd in Petersburg,VA. They just put in double drive thru but it did not help with the wait time. They need to do better team work to get the lines moving, especially in the am when people going to work.

apparently everyone that was working was also special Ed and couldn’t read. they messed up the drink, didn’t give us the sauces we asked for, didn’t put in any straws and put lettuce on the sandwich that said no lettuce. to management, please make sure at least one person on every shift can read and is trained properly. food wasn’t that bad though

This is so unacceptable. Wasted thirteen dollars on some cold food and waited a whole 20+ mins. I was missing a drink and this so called manager looked at my receipt like he cannot read. For an establishment that wants people to have high school diploma, they surely don’t seem like they have that. Reading is fundamental and that person is supposed to be a manager/ shift lead, God bless us all. Never come here!

This place was filthy to say the least. Dead flies all over the place. This looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Lost my flip flop when I walked in due to floor been sticky. We are driving home and it was the closest things for us unfortunately. So we had no choice but to order. We only ordered nuggets and fries and we waited for over 20 minutes. I’m not sure why this place is still open!

Came here in the morning and only had breakfast on the menu. The service is not fast, but everything was delicious. The facility is clean.

This location sucks! Both order kiosks were down and the line to the counter was very long and the employees didn’t seem very attentive. To top it off, they handed me my coffee in a cup splattered with goo as shown in the picture. Also be aware, there were flies all over. Double thumbs down!
