Order online for Lobby pick up and walk up and try to open the door and it’s locked so then I go through drive-thru only for the person working drive through to tell me I need to come inside to pick up my order. So I do, and it’s the most pathetic looking hamburger and fries I’ve ever seen. I asked them if that hamburger is correct and the manager just looks at me like I’m stupid. I know Wendy’s raising their prices and reducing their portions is out of their hands but this store sucks anyways. No wonder Wendy’s are shutting down everywhere. They may end up losing me as a customer for good

Visited for dinner tonight. This location looks exceptionally old, as if it hasn’t had a remodel in 20 to 25 years. There were a couple of people loitering in the parking lot. Employees seemed like they’d rather be at the dentist than at the restaurant. Chicken sandwich was good but fries were lukewarm. Ketchup dispenser was obviously broken and empty. About half of the options in the soda dispenser were unavailable or empty.Trash cans were full. Floor was sticky. Windows had a film built up on them. Parking lot was rough with a rather large pothole in the drive through lane. This Wendy’s could benefit from a good cleaning, restocking and maintenance check.

Slide thru the drive thru on my way home got out of work really late. I ordered the Cobb salad no bacon and a chili the chicken I harder then the concert holding the place up. I don’t know what type of dental insurance Wendy’s handing out for anyone to think this is okay!! I’m appalled new to the town my Wendy’s would never give this out I need 2 coupons to satisfy me please!!!

Most filthy restaurant on earth. As we approached the entry door, we were greeted by a Wendy’s employee with a cigarette in his mouth and blowing smoke as he opened the door for us.
Every table was dirty. Soda machine was very dirty. Trash cans overflowing with trash, serving counter was covered with flies and soda spots and food spills. Extremely dirty. State board of health needs to inspect this place. Disgusting place.

Very nice folks! At the drive thru window, pleasantly surprised by me giving a tip! Said Thank you for the tip! I said thank you for working! Lol, grilled chicken sandwiches, loaded baked potatoes and a nice salad! Enough for my lunch or dinner tomorrow and the next day! Thanks Wendy’s, seem to have a great experience each time I go there, even though I don’t get out of the house but a couple times a month and usually for doctors appointments! A big thumbs up and THANKS

If I were to say that this place was overpriced and trashy, it would be a bit of an Understatement. $13 for a four piece chicken tender. everything was torn up and trashed A seat at one of the booths was ripped up in the employees only door looked like someone pooped on it.

I just went through the drive-through approximately 4 PM today and the young lady at the drive-through was borderline rude. The chicken ceasar salad I got, was only halfway full. That was not a $9 salad. When I said very easy ice for my soft drink, she filled the cup up 3/4 of the way while I was watching, and I had to yell through the window less than that and I had to tell her twice. And then she gave me my soft drink without a straw. I did not receive silverware in my bag, so I could not even eat my salad when I got to my destination because there was no silverware to be had. And the croutons were all crushed into powder.
I do understand that we all have bad days, but this is the worst service in the worst Food that I have ever gotten from the Wendy’s in Shepherdsville. Management you need to take a look at things.
