I ordered off the mobile app a Mcflurry and when I got there, the machine wasn’t working, but instantly offered to replace the item. The young gentleman helping me at the window was so kind and sweet, I didn’t even mind! Great service!

I should stop going to this McDonald’s, but its convenient and 2 out of 10 times the staff is pleasant and they get the order correct. Biggest problem is that most of the time the staff has the “i don’t care” attitude and end up getting the order wrong especially in the drive-thru. The owner seems non existent and probably doesn’t give a crap about customer satisfaction or that his employees make a bad name for his store.
I’ve read the reviews about this McDonald’s and 99.5 % are bad reviews, Seriously..how long does it take McDonald’s corporation to step in and handle this situation, retrain or restaff,something, because this store is giving them a bad name.

Look. Ive been to many many fast food places over my 20 yrs in the heating and air conditioning field. The one thing I look forward to with MC Donald’s is just consistency .
I have to say something because I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for the last 3 years.It’s very close to my home. And I keep giving its second chances, because I understand that they’re employing younger people. And have a high turnover rate. My biggest deal is no matter what time of the day it is they can never get the order right? It’s always missing something.
Or it’s the wrong stuff.
One time I went there. They messed up so bad that they gave me somebody else’s food. That had a bite in cause everybody gave their stuff back. And they tried to figure it out by just handing the orders back out. In order that they are supposed to be in originally. Today is the first time I’ve gone back there in 4 months and they messed my order up again. There was 2 cars in a drivethrough one guy. I heard he had a mobile order. And I had seeing my order on the screen. And agreed to it and they still messed it up. They corrected it but the kid in the window looked at me like I was trying to take sandwiches for free
. Don’t bother with the contact me at McDonald’s at… dot org whatever. Let’s just fix it. I don’t want anything for free. I want everybody to make what they need to make these days. Those kids need to get paid. The owners need to make money. I understand I need to make money when I do something. Just fix it, get your management on point. Get these kids trained up.
Multibillion-dollar company, you can’t get your order right in a very successful neighborhood. I mean, this shouldn’t be happening. The only good thing i can say so far is I haven’t gotten food poisoning yet. I under you can’t make everybody happy but this is ridiculous. Advice to anybody that goes to that branch. Get your receipt because you’re gonna need it

Unbelievably slow service. Sa app the drive thru for minutes before even being acknowledged. Literally only ordered a single burger patty and a Coke Zero and they asked me to pull forward for someone to bring out my food/ at that point I was so over it I just asked for a refund as they already took up literally 15 minutes and I didn’t even beg get my order. Carol the GM you should really do better.

I have been going to this location as it is right next to where I go grocery shopping. For three months I have gone thru the drive-thru to order sausage biscuits to take to work. I went today and ordered 4 sausage biscuits. I looked at the contents and it looked correct, felt heavy like my normal order. I get home to sit down and eat breakfast only to discover that the entire order was wrong and I was given four biscuits. I called the store and the young woman said “I remember that order. Sorry but you were charged for four biscuits and not four sausage biscuuts.” I’ll be taking my business elsewhere or make my own at home, it was more about convenience for me and my coworkers.

I got a mccrispy meal no pickle add mayo. When I went and checked my order there was no mayo and visible pickle rings showing that the sandwich had been sitting. Along with that the fires were barely warm and soggy. I went in and asked explained and asked if it could get remade. The young women who took it was in the manger crew neck with no hat or hair net for food safety(she wasn’t the one making my food thank god). But when she grabbed it from my hands before I could finish explaining why. Then proceeded to roll her eyes and throw it in the trash with an audible thud. Then I opened my new sandwich and they put 3x the normal amount of mayo. Over all not professional customer service and just disappointed coming from someone who’s worked in food before while having bad days and still being able to keep it professional.

Went thru drive thru- and was told there is a 10 minute wait. Then finally took order, pulled up to pay, cashier not very pleasant at all. Then drive up to get my meal- wow what an unpleasant person at the window. Handed our food. I looked through the bag and was missing an item- was trying to get girls attention, no avail. Finally I honked the horn she whipped her head around and came to the window and said “What?’. I advised did not get an item I had ordered and she said like what – told her and handed back bag and she ripped it out of my hand and then shortly came back with the bag and shoved it through the window. I won’t be going back to that mcdonalds- nasty people. All around. Not my first problem with this McDonald’s, but first time I’m complaining. They should close this place down.

This place is a total DUMP! Went through the drive thru for just a sausage and egg biscuit with a hashbrown (no drink), and I was at the main drive thru window watching THREE customers get their order taken on the other side before me when I was there FIRST. And at the window the guy just gave me my card with NO RECEIPT! Never met a business who did this so often, and this location of McDonald’s is the king of it. Then the guy opened the window and said “Sorry I thought you were gesturing that I got a booger on you” umm WHAT?!?!? GROSS!!! like was this dude picking his nose? Then handing everyone his cards back??? We already know McDonald’s is prone to create sicknesses with foods, but the cleanliness of workers being the biggest scare is bad enough! Then the biscuit had bacon on it (not sausage), which I was fine eating but its annoying the messed that up, and then they forgot the hashbrown too! So I had to wait at the second window because I checked my food and the guy saw me sitting there, then yelled “HOLD ON!” through the window which was rude as hell. Eventually I got my hashbrown and left… like for the final time ever because I’m not coming back here ever again. And you shouldn’t either. Time to boycott businesses for being unsanitary, unusual, and idiotic.

My husband and I placed a pickup order on the way to Crown Point for a baseball tourney and had a full vehicle and pretty large breakfast order.
We walked in to get the food and the establishment was very clean and well kept. The manager looked professional, acted professional and was very sweet.
We both walked out of that store and felt the same, a great experience and were very impressed with the overall experience. And…….on the plus plus side, there were zero issues with our order.
