Ordered a bottled water with my meal and he did not put it in. I repeated it again at the end of the order and he repeated it back. Lo and behold, I did not get my bottled water so I went inside to ask if I could have it. They made me go back outside to my car to get the receipt. It was not on there. They said I have to pay for it as they cannot give it to me for free. Wow ! Talk about a customer experience. Do better Panda.

Just spoke to an employee on the phone and let her know that I truly appreciate how good my food was after working a 11 hour shift at my fast food location! (Considering they were closing in 45 minutes.) As a general manager myself I notice a lot of things unfortunately, but when I walked in everyone in there was cleaning, my food was fresh, and the girl who attended me was still full of enthusiasm even after a busy day she had, I’m sure. Thank you all for making my night and for the great customer service I received at your location tonight! <3

Drive through server was incredibly rude and closed the window on me as I was asking a simple question. The orange chicken was overcooked like it had been under the heat lamp for hours and the chow mein was dry and bland. Even my diet coke was watery. Man, this place was the worst! It’s hard to understand why there’s always a huge line here. But I definitely will NOT be back.

I ordered the broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken with the chow mein. Both entrees were good. The chow mein was mostly cabbage, very large cuts. I was going to get the green bean chicken, but the green beana looked grey. Like it had been sitting for a long time. My husband got the Beijing beef and said the beef was way over cooked. We will be stepping back for a while.

Update from my past review. Still hasn’t changed for the better. It was just myself and another car in front of me around 2pm and still they couldn’t get my order right.
It’s a win if they aren’t out of something you try to order. It’s a bigger win if they aren’t out of Grilled teriyaki chicken. They are always out of it. The food is good when they have it. On the kids meal, the change to apple chips from the traditional cookie is cruel and apple chips suck.

Ordered catering. When we got there to pick it up 5 workers did not greet us or acknowledge us. They all looked at us & walked away. One guy had to step in & help. He tried confirming if our order was finished & none of his coworkers answered him. Was a very awkward experience & unprofessional.

Popped in for a quick bite. Didn’t know what I was in for. Surprising less busy than usual and was exciting since I’m a big Panda Express fan but upon taste the delicacies I noticed the food was a little underdone. Still enjoyed the experience.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – ordered chow mein, fried rice, Kung Pao Chicken, and Beijing Beef. The fried rice was the very last of its batch so it was a bit stodgy and could use a tad bit more salt/pepper. The chow mein was decent but had some really large pieces of cabbage that threw off the texture. The chicken was very tender and seasoned well but not as pipping hot as the beef. The beef had a very strong flavored glaze and had some pieces that were more chewy but still yummy overall.

Ambience: 4/5 – store was clean and bright and looked very similar to other locations of the same chain. The restaurant was a bit older though since some of the seats have small tears

Service: 5/5 – entered just before 6:30 PM on a Sunday night. The drive through line was ridiculously long and the 8+ workers were all hustling. While the server that assisted was rushed, she was still attentive and friendly!

Value for price: 4/5 – quick service, decent food, reasonable price. Just a bit disappointed by how different the two serving sizes were despite getting almost identical things. It really depends on the server you get!

Box might be large size but the food given is medium equivalent. I paid $15 for a large box of shrimp, along with other items and look how much they gave us. Too expensive for so little food. We were expecting the box filled.
