Ordered the new chips chicken burritos, one spice on avocado. What i got for $6 each was 2 chicken nuggets and a sprinkle of cheese and lettuce in each, a complete rip off! Next time I’ll go to Wendy’s and get a 10 piece for $5.

They wouldn’t take two orders in the drive-thru because it would hurt their drive-thru times. Because of that, I didn’t order anything—hopefully that helps their times. I had myself and my handicapped mother-in-law with me, and they still wanted us to either come inside or drive all the way back around again. This is really disappointing. We come here at least once a week and genuinely like Taco Bell, but when I have to work harder just to spend my money, I’ll take it somewhere that values their guests more than their metrics.

No stars; went through drive thru on the way home from a long day of soccer. After 15 minutes, we left with no food. In the time it took for them to tell me my order was messed up and it would be a while, they could’ve remade the order 5 times.

Currently sitting in the dining room after ordering our food 40 minutes ago. Asked the guy at the counter about it and was told they must be busy back there. 5 minutes later we finally received our food and drinks. Most of which tasted okay but my potatoes tasted like they were sitting for the entire 45 minutes it took to get our food. If you’ve got a lot of time and your standards are low, this is the Taco Bell for you. If you like fast fresh food maybe try somewhere else

We ordered 2 QuesaRito’s and 2 regular nacho fries … nacho fries were not even warm and one QuesaRito has a thick black hair INSIDE IT! Ordered around 4:30pm on Saturday 12/20/25. I will say the lady at the window who took payment and gave food was very sweet and respectful!

2 people in the car – we BOTH used the Taco Bell app, ordered and PAID for our own food. Got to drive through and they ONLY let us give ONE name. Had to DRIVE AROUND the building and go BACK to the drive through to give the SECOND name

VERY UNPLEASANT, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND TRASHY LOCATION!
I showed up on Sunday morning at 9:50 to pick up an order for doordash and the entire staff was outside smoking. When I walked in to pick up the order I was ignored, but looked at at least three times in 5 minutes. When they decided to acknowledge me a “lady” in the drive through (who was also outside smoking) yelled “you have to use the kiosk “!! Even though there were no customers and also no cars in the Drive-Thru.
I told her I was just there to pick up a doordash order and instead of asking me the name of the customer or anything to do with the order she told me that I had to have a doordash bag or I couldn’t have it. I brought my doordash bag back in and they finally gave me the order without asking me anything to do with the order.

No one would come out front to take an order, only said from the back line to use the keyosk. Watched 11 people leave without ordering anything. If I owned this store I would be irritated at the staff for costing money instead of making money.

Asked at the window if I could add just a side of nacho cheese sauce/dip and was told “Your foods already been made and i’m technically not allowed to add anything to your order.” lol i worked at fast food so i know that it’s not that hard to ring up and get especially when it’s just a small dipping side. I have some respect to the level of laziness though.
