There are tons of vegetarian and vegan options, I have rarely had to actually make a choice of what to eat in a restaurant (due to lack of options.) But here I had true options.
I picked the migas and friend picked the big breakfast. We were both so satisfied. Latte was great, mimosa was great.
The atmosphere is fantastic and safe. ️
The restaurant supports local artists by sharing their wall space to use as a gallery.
100% recommended.
The fact that there are scissors in the mug of individual Bonne Maman preserves shows the level of care and attention to detail this cafe has.
I believe the owner was the one who helped me with my toddler’s bandaid situation graciously this afternoon while at lunch. She was beyond helpful and understanding; I was deeply grateful. Thank you!!!
I visited as a solo diner on a Sunday at 12:30 PM and was greeted immediately by a passing server as I walked in. Within 30 seconds, the host welcomed me and seated me at the bar remarkably fast.
Kaye, the bartender, introduced herself and her colleague right away, asked about any dietary restrictions, and offered a beverage. I ordered the Aspen Omelet with egg whites, fruit, and a blueberry pancake. The coffee was great and refilled promptly.
The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious! It was truly the best breakfast I’ve had at a restaurant in years. The blueberry pancake was so large it was served on a separate plate. The pancake contains fresh blueberries, is cooked to perfection, and so flavorful it doesn’t need syrup.
I was in and out in just 30 minutes, entirely by choice. I could have easily lingered over coffee and chatted with other patrons if that were my style, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.
The entire team was friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about the customer experience. Definitely worth the 20-minute drive from Boulder!
The atmosphere was great with artwork from local artists displayed all over the walls and hanging from the ceiling, and huge windows out the back overlooking a nice patio and park.
The service was all you can ask for, especially when it’s crazy busy like it was: quick, friendly, and attentive.
I got the Big Ranch Breakfast – the best part being the andouli sausage & the crisp potatoes instead of those sad home fries some breakfast joints have (you know the ones I’m talking about).
My wife got the Salmon Omelette special which was…not really an omelette. You’ll see in the pictures that the egg is just drapped on top of the salmon (which was unfortunately dry); omelettes with filling are meanthave th egg surround the filling, not cover it like an blanket. The cream cheese was just a dollop in the center of it instead of spread throughout, and it was laying on a bed of raw spinach.
Now with that being said, the star of the show and what I suspect most people’s go-to was the Gluten Free (GF) Pancake. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m no connoisseur when it comes to gluten free products, but I’ve had a few and they always taste a little…off, especially when compared to their gluten included counterparts. That certainly wasn’t the case here! I highly recommend the gluten free pancakes, and would go back solely for those!
The attention to fresh ingredients and innovative recipes made each meal a delightful and wholesome experience. It’s truly refreshing to find a place that celebrates vegan cuisine with such passion and excellence.
Thank you for providing not just delicious food but also a warm and welcoming gesture.
Looking forward to many more visits!
Keep up the amazing work!
The food arrives like a quiet celebration: vibrant, fresh, and alive with flavor. Each plate feels composed with intention, as though the kitchen understands that a meal should do more than satisfy hunger it should lift the spirit. This is food that bridges body and soul, filling you not only with substance, but with great energy and goodness galore.
There is depth in the flavors, harmony in the balance, and care in every detail. You taste the freshness. You feel the thoughtfulness. You sense the pride.
The service flows with warmth and consistency steady, attentive, and genuine. And the gluten-free options are handled with such respect and creativity that my wife feels not accommodated, but embraced. That alone speaks volumes.
This is food with soul. Food that comforts and elevates. Food that leaves you full yet somehow lighter.
Morning Glory Café feeds more than the appetite. It feeds joy.
