I’ve been going to the Shawnee Starbucks for years, and I highly recommend it. If you’re traveling on I-40, this is a great Starbucks to stop at. I’ve visited many Starbucks locations on road trips along the East and West Coasts and everywhere in between, and Shawnee’s Starbucks is awesome. Their coffee is always great, the service is fast, and the drinks are delicious. The staff is always sweet, kind, and accommodating to any requests I have for my coffee. They consistently make the drinks perfectly, but on the rare occasions when something is wrong, they fix it without any problem. The store is always clean and cozy as well.

They didn’t fill the cup. As soon as I picked it up I could feel it was way lighter than it should be. Opening up the lid you can see how much is missing. I ordered a chestnut praline latte.
The service was good at the front, but the drink was missing a lot.

Went inside and the lady was very kind and patient, even though I could see she was busy! She even recommended me a drink that has become my favorite! Strawberry açaí refresher with 2 scoops lavender powder! Drinks and food came out quick once we ordered!

I genuinely love getting my coffee from Starbucks. I love the simplicity of ordering online and not having that crippling anxiety of trying to figure it out at the monitor when I arrive. I get one of the three same drinks every time because I don’t like getting something in fear of not liking it, and I generally will force myself to drink the small mistakes because they’re bearable and I understand it’s different baristas. But today one of my normals tasted solely like oat milk. I tried calling six times before arriving back at the store so I didn’t have to be “that person” and they didn’t answer. So when I arrived I politely told them that my order didn’t taste right, like it was missing coffee. The girl at the window asked me if it was something I’ve got before (because I add extra stuff to it) and I said yes, she still tried making it seem like it was my mistake. That bothered me. You can see the visual difference between the two. I order the same thing every time. It’s in my favorites, I don’t even have to edit it.
