I went here the other day and got a chalupa box but wanted to sub the chicken for extra steak and nacho cheese only. I didn’t clarify so they gave me both (lots of meat tho). I called them to tell them about the mistake and the lady was polite and offered to fix it right away. But I was headed to a Super Bowl party out of town so she offered to write my name down and get it at a later time. So I went to today to get my correct chalupa. When I went to the counter a lady helped me right away and went to go get “my card for the free food”. While she was gone 2 other people offered to help.(this doesn’t happen at other fast food in town) I got my chalupa and it was correct and had the extra meat like I originally wanted. Customer service was A+ especially for oroville!

I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but this visit was disappointing. I ordered a bowl and a drink, and both were literally half full. The bowl looked like someone had already eaten from it, and the drink barely reached the halfway mark. For the price, I expected a full portion, not something that looked unfinished. I get that mistakes happen, but this really felt like I didn’t get what I paid for. Hoping this gets addressed so future orders are handled with more care

I used the drive-thru to pick up my food. I would suggest losing the automated order “person”. On one visit, they were unable to understand my order and then handed me over to a real person to take my order.
The few times I have gone inside, equipment and furnishings (tables, seats/benches, fountain drink area, and restrooms) were clean and organized. Minimal waste left on tables. Staff were often cleaning tables/benches and removing trash from trash bins when I ordered inside.

Yummy food…(it’s kinda pricey tho). Overall, nice lil drive thru place. Their cinnamon ball dessert things are awesome. Good place for munchie emergencies!!!

The lady working at the drive through on 12/21/2025 at 1:20PM was the The rudest fast food employee I have ever come across, first she messed up on our order and then when we went inside to have it fixed, she took the other food out of our bag and trashed it right in front of us, was extremely rude. I am so disappointed with this location. I will never be returning.

Still forgets food often, and the food they don’t forget to put in is messed up. Just go to the one by Walmart, I hope this place shuts down and turns into something better like Culver’s, Weiner Schniztel, or an In N Out.

I go in here at least 3x a month and it seems like the food portions keeps getting smaller and smaller. Tonight I got a shredded chicken burrito and I got home and opened it up to find 2 pieces of shredded chicken and about 2 tablespoons of rice. When I rolled it back up it was smaller then 1 of there cheese roll ups. It looked like just a tortilla with nothing in it. I’ll be posting pictures. It’s very disappointing…..

So the floor behind the counter where they’re working was very disgusting probably 15 or 20 sauces package is on the floor underneath the boxes of them. A full chalupa taco shell was on the floor when I got there and was still on the floor when I left lots of napkins and food and trash on the floor back there where they’re working. This is the number one thing that discussed me and will make me not go back to a restaurant. The manager was there by the counter. There was plenty of employees. And there was hardly anybody in the dining room so if they were busy it was the drive-thru.
