The food was mediocre at best. We ordered two of the 2-for-$10.99 meals. One was a half Black Angus sandwich with half bacon chipotle potatoes. The sandwich was, by far, the most pathetic-looking sandwich I’ve ever been served—I’ll add a photo if possible. The potatoes were the only decent part of that meal.
The second order was a turkey pepper jack sandwich on ciabatta with honey mustard and half a baked potato. Although the sandwich was already a half portion, half of that half had no meat or cheese at all. The baked potato was burned.
We also ordered a cup of tortilla soup, which was lukewarm at best, and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. The only truly good item we received was the broccoli cheddar soup—however, paying nearly $8 for what they call a “bowl” (it’s quite small) is excessive.
For the price of this disappointing meal, we could have had an excellent steak dinner elsewhere.
Customer service was just as underwhelming. This was our first visit, and the menu is overwhelming. When we tried to ask questions to make sense of it, the cashier was unhelpful and appeared irritated.
Overall, this was a very poor dining experience, and we will not be returning.

I generally love to eat here however, the quality of the food has tanked. We are here on Sunday February 22, 2026 around 5 pm. We were told there was a 30 minute wait and when we decided to stick it out we were treated like a burden. Once the food arrived it was terrible. Soggy bread on the sandwiches, hair and a bug in the lettuce (which was also wilted and not at all fresh), somehow the uncrustable was even soggy. When we notified the waitress of the hair and bug in the salad we were told sorry, she took it away and that was that. No manager notified, to be honest from the looks of it I’m not sure a manager exists within this place. It seems to be being run by a group of younger people and after watching them prepare the food only one of the young men behind the counter had a hair net on the rest had hats covering their heads with long hair in ponytails. I do not like writing reviews like this and really try to be understanding but when there is a problem with the cleanliness of the food it should be addressed.

I just doordashed McAllister’s becausey daughter really wanted a salad. Well I ordered the Pick 2 and got the Cheddar Broccoli Soup and the Ultimate Nachos. Everything came okay. But I’m extremely upset about the nachos. They put all the toppings in the smallest containers they had and when I put it on top of the chips I had. It was pathetic. Like I was completely ripped off on toppings. I love their soup and Tea. But Idk. I rather spend my money somewhere else.

Food is generally very good, could use more bacon in the baked potato soup!!! But everything is delicious otherwise! They’re always friendly helpful and quick about getting our order taken, out to us, and to go boxes if need be! Store is clean and they always are busy which tells you they’re good!

Unfortunately I have to drive 50 minutes to come here as opposed to it being right down the street! But I was in town for something else so I figured I’d just stop by since I’m here! So this is the second time I’ve been here since we moved to CO in May & I haven’t had ANY problems on either visit!
My food was good & the service was BETTER! Especially when I came today! My daughter switched her sweet tea twice, then switched it to a strawberry lemonade, with NO problem! Then when we were leaving, she gave the “trash” to one of the workers to throw out… only, it wasn’t our eaten food, it was her cheese cake that she threw away by accident! But the manager (I’m assuming because he had on a different shirt than the other workers) overheard and offered a brand new slice! & even refilled her strawberry lemonade before taking off. They were just as nice this time as before! So anytime I drive out here from the springs, I’ll make sure it’s on an empty stomach to eat here!

They are very upfront that they can’t
guarantee gluten free but would do their
absolute best. Their menu does show what
is good for gluten sensitivity. I ordered the
grilled chicken club on gluten free bread
and potato salad. have to say they have
some of the better tasting gf bread!

I came in to pick up an order. The lady with the two toned ponytail (she was the one pulling the window) said they were still working on it. I waited well over 10 minutes. I had a good view of your window. I watched all kinds of dine in orders go out. There was only one order left, my to go order. It had been in the window the whole time. I said something to your expo and was dismissed with “Thank you have a nice day.” She doesn’t seem to care about the quality of food that guests who order to go’s receive or how she dismisses people. That’s bad for business.

I ordered a BLT. That means there are three ingredients on the sandwich. I get my sandwich after my husband drove 15 minutes each way to get it. I was told that they’d keep my name a replace my sandwich the next time I was in. I said I wanted a refund. They refused. I will never order from them again. The sandwich was primarily soggy lettuce. Absolutely unbelievable poor customer service, and horrible food!

Food has taken a quality down turn . My friends had to wait 40 minutes for their food. Several people who ordered well after them got their food including us. We finished our food and our friends barely received theirs. Plus our cheese for the chips was watered down and cooled. Sandwiches were chinsy. Used to be a great place to eat.

This is the first restaurant that I felt comfortable eating gluten free at and the experience was exceptional! I am not from Pueblo but visit family here and I will definitely be coming here when traveling again. The service was great, the staff was very nice and took my gluten sensitivity important. 100% recommend.
