The service was excellent. The young lady on duty was busy but very patient as we had a big group and some of us weren’t familiar with the menu.
Everything was good. Those ordering the new melts should know that they are a bit smaller than regular burgers so they may not satisfy a bigger appetite. They may need to order 2.

Ordered a poutine last night and got an extra side of gravy because they always hardly ever put any gravy on them. This is a regular thing at the location dry fries with cheese and very minimal amount of gravy. Not even enough to wet the fries. Well got home to finally sit down poured gravy over them and eat to discover that the French fries weren’t even fully cooked yet they decided to place them inside my poutine box. No receipt, tired and fed up I went to bed hungry. They have to start putting effort into work. I’m tired of it. They just lost a few regular customers. Where is the hard working Canadians ? Hire some please, I can deal with messed up orders on the regular basis but not fully cooked food.

Ordered a double cream large coffee at the drive thru . Drove away assuming it was correct . By the time I tasted the coffee which was more black than double cream I was across town . When I had a chance I returned to say it was black . The manager offered me 3 creamers to put in my now cold coffee and refused to warm it in the microwave saying it’s an hour old . We’ll if it was made correctly an hour ago I would have drank it while it was hot . I will never return as simply reheating and adding cream or replacing a 2 dollar coffee with a fresh hot coffee was out of the question . Such a simple order and couldn’t get it right . Ridiculous and no customer appreciation. Shame on you

Some fries where cold while some are hot, after explaining I expected at least apologize and give me a hot one.. But no, her response is that sorry sir there is nothing I can do.

My son had a gift card to use that he received for his birthday. The cashier had no idea how to use it and wouldn’t ask anyone for help. She just refused to accept it. I asked if she could get a manager to help her and she said there wasn’t one there. We left and read the bottom of the card, it said to use it as a credit card. We went back and let her know to try that option and it worked. We were given the same food they had made earlier, which had been sitting and they didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or lack of service.

Just went through the drive thru at 10pm and there was a girl working that was super rude and rolling her eyes the whole time I’m trying to order and handed the bag to me aggressively and shut the window couldn’t believe it. She should not be working there
