I ordered on the mobile app and headed straight to pick my order up. When I got to the window they asked me to wait and said they would bring my food out. I waited for 10 mins only to receive ice cold food. I drove back through and very calmly and politely explained the situation and was told to wait and they would make it fresh. I ordered one of the new Cajun chicken sandwiches. The cold one they made wrong, I didn’t order deluxe, but would have eaten it if it was hot, for the second sandwich they put on a regular McChicken patty, I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice… Or maybe they were just banking on the fact I wouldn’t complain twice… Either way, I think everyone should know, you may be paying $6 for a $2 McChicken if you complain… Lol

I’m so glad they’re open again but they need to get the grill cooks to re-check items before sending them to the order line. My receipt clearly shows NO PICKLES but as you can see, they’re on BOTH sandwiches! I always order no pickles and no onions on BOTH burgers because don’t like the taste of McDonald’s pickles. I could have gone back through to have it corrected but I was on my way to work and the line was long. Other than this mistake, everything was fine.

This is by far the worst mcdonalds around. They dont care if you are trying to get something or need assistance. And if you are a doordasher Goodluck, they do not view your order as another customer, they will just sit and roll their eyes at you for asking about your order and get rude.
