Made me the most half-assed frosty fusion and charged my $5.84. Ive gotten them at other wendys and you get choc syrup and it looks nice. This one they just sprinkled a tbls of crushed oreos on top. So disappointed.

The salad was full of wilted lettuce. The photo shows the best of the wilted. I picked out the rest. Ended up throwing the salad away. My husband’s burger had wilted lettuce, too.

If you’re wanting vegetables (tomatoes, onions, etc.), you won’t get them today. We ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and a Dave’s double. We got home, got our food out, and absolutely no veggies were to be seen. Ridiculous!!! At least tell us that your garden isn’t available today…

Guess during training the class on pleasantry and communication skills with customers was cancelled for this location. Then add in the food was horrible. The lady in the drive thru is about as nice as a coiled snake. One and done for me here. I’m out.

I just left the drive thru and came home to see this! What kind of fries are these? They look like they been sitting at the bottom of the pan and just scooped them up! I won’t be back any time soon!

The young girl at the drive-thru window was SO RUDE. I asked for a drink carrier to which she proceeded to have an attitude with me. I was also missing one of my bags of food and when I asked her for it, her response was “huh?” So once I repeated it to her, she had yet another attitude and handed it to me. When I told her thank you, she closed the window in my face. I was also missing my sour cream for my chili as well as some other sauces I ordered and paid for. I didn’t bother asking her because of how rude she was. I get if someone is having a bad day, but don’t take it out on your customers.

Manager at this location is the disgusting person I’ve even seen. Treats his employees like he does not respect them. If he is going to be a manager at this location he should definitely take a long look in the mirror and figure out what he’s doing with his life because this isn’t it. Learn some decency and respect and maybe what a stair-master is.

They argued with me 3 times about it until they made the burgers properly

Waiting over 30 minutes in drive thru just for them to get my order wrong simple order my cheeseburger was suppose to be plain I want back in line working and manger on there phones not doing anything while 2 people worked at the window sad the manger got an attitude instead of even apologizing bout the inconvenience. Corporate really needs to be aware of this and the restaurant was awful nasty and dirty

Several people standing at front counter playing on their phones and ignoring the customers. It took 15 minutes to get our food which was fair. Nothing to brag about. If you have eight people working in a fast food restaurant, why is the service so lousy. I wished I would of read the reviews before I went it. Another place I will not visit again.
