I like this Wendy’s – it is conveniently located and has served me well for many years. They have bike lockup stand and good handicap access. The bathrooms and restaurant are reasonably clean and good for a fast food place.
The food can range from fair to excellent- depending on the time of day you go. Sunday around 12 noon to 1pm is a great time to go.
The soda fountain is excellent. And the value is great. You can swap a chili for French fries and a frosty for your drink. The place has good art work and nice tables.
They are often low on ketchup though, so you will have to ask for that extra – but they will give it.

I had a great experience at Wendy’s. The food was fresh and exactly what I expected, but what really stood out was the customer service. Jacquvs and Jamel were incredibly friendly and sweet, making the visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. Their positive attitudes definitely made my day, and I’ll be happy to come back because of them (: I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

While the food is what I expected for what the title says im still disappointed. I ordered a 10 count spicy nugget meal and a double le classic dave meal. The dou le classic dave is hard to disrupt so that was….decent. to a point. The nuggets…I dont even know. I like spicy I like flavor. These nuggets were pure pepper nothing else. I tasted nothing but the pepper. And I love spicy. My problem arises when I can only experience spice and not flavor. These nuggets are legitimately only spice and no flavor. Which comes from a “coverall” type flavor. They do not care what you think they see spicy and throw every thing in one.. if Wendy’s cared they would ask what about this flavor is off. They wont ask. These nuggets are so far off of taste its incredibly insulting. I also ordered a double classic which was great. I enjoyed the cheese, and the patties were perfect. I had two medium fries with this order, and the fries were perfect I did not need to add anything at all. The nugget were the down fall. The whole order from 1 to 10 is would give a solid 4. If I were to not count the nuggets I would say 7 out of 10, but legitimately the nuggets made the count fall. Please do better. We are paying for this food. Please do better

The service was absolutely disappointing, at the time when I make the order the person who take was absolutely distracted and when I pick up my food the guy give me a cup (medium size) when I make my order I be sure I order large combos, they just give me medium size cups, when I ask manager he in a bad way said that is big

The people behind the counter were very helpful with my order. I especially found Susan to be very pleasant and courteous. She too, was a big help with my order. The place is well kept. Nice dinning, very comfortable. Will go there more often.

Multiples times at this location they have messed up my order but thus was too crazy not to show you. Was excited to try the new Cajun crunch sandwich. Got a bun melted cheese and a chicken cutlet. No sauce, none of the other things that make this sandwich what it’s supposed to be. I won’t go back to this location. The one five minutes away is on top of the game.

The experience here tonight at around 5:43pm was horrendous. No fault of the Alexis she was doing her best. The management was just awful. The 5 for $5 cookies that we purchased were hard as stone and we gave them the benefit of the doubt of make more cookies while we ate. In addition a small French fries order was also missing. Never again! Wait there’s more I had ordered a hot coffee. I waited more than 10 minutes for it while my family ate. The cashier didn’t know how to make coffee & when she asked a “David” he never found the coffee supplies. Simple laziness! NEVER AGAIN!

Arrived at 1:40am, cutting it a bit close to closing but hopefully not spit in your food close, not that I would know, they never gave me my food. Took my card, told me to pull up and that it’d be a minute. The guy asks me as I’m paying “Do you want your receipt, just in case?” In case of what? Sounds like he already knew he didn’t plan on giving me what I was paying for. 2am closing comes and goes, the lights go off, people are still in the back. 2:10am, 2 other cars that showed up behind me drive off, also without food, a guy who’s been standing in the lobby for nearly as long as me gets turned away when he was there before closing. Still see people in the back, and by now it’s obvious they’re camping out waiting for the people they ripped off to go away. They’d get negative stars if it was possible.

Don’t ever come to this location, they take 30 minutes to even get you your food and have you pull into these imaginary “waiting spots” and they tell you it’s only going to be 2 minutes. That white manager in the drive thru, he is awful at dealing with large volumes of customers.

I have been here before and had exceptional service but today is a new day. From being rushed to order to the old milk smell, this was just not their best day. Technology also has given Jon the belief that it replaced a welcoming greeting as a form of customer service for customers who may pay with a card instead of cash.
