Ordered from this one tonight. A single apple pecan salad (comes with pecans, chicken, apples, cranberries, pomegranate vinaigrette and some blue cheese) I added shredded cheese and some bacon. Salad I received: no chicken, no blue cheese, no vinaigrette, no pecans. I also had requested utensils. None. Not even a freaking fork to eat the “salad” they sent no napkins. I put the claim in with GH but still. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. Honestly it was a horrible experience.

Cheeseburger, no apple slices. The other meal was also the wrong burger completely. This place needs to fire all of their overpaid terrible employees that were working on 1/7/26 between 9pm and 1030pm. In fact their manager should also be fired for trusting these clowns with his or her store. I will never again trust Wendy’s after this. I should have known after that cold miserable woman handed me the order that it was wrong. She had no intention of filling my order correctly. She even made leave the drive thru line to screw the order up. Who wants to eat food handed to them by an angry food handler. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Had received from this Wendy location I was a picking up a load from this location then I walk to their building which was nearest to me,
Then I tried to order one for here and another one for to go chicken rapped medium fries and one laminated drink. Then guy put something fishy like high price $29 I told him please cancel the one for to go then he says ok still the price high 19$ lol.
Then I told why you still charging me two raps and remember previous he tried to charge me two drinks and what I was ordered was just one drink.
Then he called his supervisor he didn’t fixed the issue I told him why am I paying double rapped chicken and I canceled then he fixed the price total comes 11$.
Then the guy who was serving me just give me empty cups I asked why this empty cup then didn’t talk to me another person came to me and helped me.
The food no quality at all cold food.

A while back I left a review on the other Wendy’s five minutes away, saying you should just go to this one instead. Whoo boy. I was so wrong.
We placed a mobile order this evening for two frosties and a baked potato with cheese.
We get to the window, and both of our frosties were wrong. One was the wrong size, and the other was the completely wrong flavor. We asked the guy if he could fix it, and he told us no? Flat out refused to fix it.
Once we got home, we discovered that not only did they not give us the baked potato we ordred- they put French fries and cheese in a baked potato container. That’s insane? Like, are you kidding me? Every Wendy’s in this town sucks. Go to burger king

I don’t usually do chains, but I had to today because the cashier was incredible! I don’t remember her name but she was extremely polite in the middle of a rush with many people waiting in line. More than professional, she deserves a raise! The food was decent as Wendy’s typically is. All of the food was as acceptable as any fast food is expected, but her service and attitude were FAR above average. Her service has raised my rating by 2 stars;

This location consistently gets orders wrong. Paid over eight bucks for an Apple Pecan salad. Asked for it without chicken. Came without pecans, gorgonzola cheese or dressing packet too. So I paid for lettuce, apples and cranberries. Added my own dressing. Very sad dinner.

What can you do, no one cares, no one listens. We should eat only fruits & vegetables anyways, if we want to live healthy, long lifes. This much is true!!! ☝️ LORD, help us, because everythung us so expendive we buy junk food teying to save & in the end, did we really?
We need restauranys that start caring about people, about service, about the customers like in my youth. We need workers that give a hoot & companies that want to feed us healthy stuff… anyhow, doirs close at 10:00 PM Drive through is open till 2:00 am, so beware!
They have forgotten some of my items before & I have gotten no refunds. Othertimes food is cold, when it should be piping hot. Fries, not good anymore, mostly tereible, when their best assets is their soda & i am trying not to drink soda, it’s hard… I know, I shouldn’t buy it, yet at times it is all i can afford!!!
Did I mention they no longer let you in after 10:00 PM? Why is this? Maybe because it is a “hot spot” & they need to, for safety reasons. Hummmmm?

How hard is it to wear gloves? Just got served in the drive thru with someone wearing zero gloves n having their nails did.
