This Wendy’s only prepares your order correctly if they can see your face. The mobile orders are historically terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich, a burger, two frostys and recieved One small chocolate frosty, which i did Not order, a medium coke, and an ice cold burger and equally as cold chicken sandwich. i don’t know what’s going on there, but i do know that they’re not doing it right. it is extremely disappointing. i actively work in fast food, i know how this works, and there is no reason other than laziness for the food to be of this quality. the workers here need to put some pep in their step. people are spending money looking for a quick meal and are being met with cold, inedible, incorrect orders and insecure delivery options. the fact that wendy’s doesn’t have security doordash bags is crazy. anyone could tamper with your food. thankfully, i know this isn’t doordash’s problem. it’s solely the problem of the workers here. please do better. you should not only be doing things correctly when people are ordering in person or when they’re in a dunkin’ uniform.

Just want to take a minute to say thank you to the staff at this Wendy’s at 2:30 PM Feb 15 for half assing wrapping my wrap, and throwing it upside down in the bag so everything fell out of it after I was asked to pull up and wait an extra 5 minutes for my order. So, so happy that that’s what I waited extra for. 🙂

I was there last night and I was standing by the mobile order cart obviously waiting for a mobile order. It was a small order and nothing was coming out so I went to the counter and they had placed my order on the counter on the edge closest to them.. No one thought to tell me they all were looking at me and knew I was there waiting. That mobile order cart is there for a reason. By food was cold when I got it.

I just left there. There is a girl I believe her name is Mia. She was at the register. She is exceptional. You guys don’t deserve to have her there. She is that good. She is a diamond in the rough. She was very nice to all the customers very suggestive of things to buy very, very, very accommodating. You’ve been a triple her salary !!!!!!

Unfortunately I attempted to be specific in an order due to an anaphylactic allergy to the buns (my nephew is EXTREMELY ALLERGIC) and was interrupted and told “okay I got ya” along with receiving an attitude for the rest of my time placing my order. When I received the order the patty was made with the buns after i was specific with how it should be made & specifically attempted to tell them about the allergen I was interrupted and told they understood just the beef patty. My nephew could have died from a careless mistake given by a male employee with glasses, I couldn’t even get a name. A sweet lady brought the correct order out but I am not satisfied with the service from this location as I have been a customer for the past 4/5 years. Along with the bad service from the young man, the quality of the food was not the best. Fries tasted freezer burnt, and after such a huge mistake I’m honestly scared to order from here again.
