It’s quite concerning how it regularly takes the employees here at least 30 minutes or more to prepare food for their customers. I’m also unsure why they also constantly prepare the orders incorrectly. You either get what you ordered with extra food or you don’t get what you ordered and get someone elses’ food. There is some strong incompetency amongst the workers here. I understand that it’s a fast food restaurant, however you guys seriously need to pay attention, and you guys also need to work on being more efficient because no one should be waiting 30+ minutes for food.

If you’re in a rush, avoid the drive thru and order ahead. Staff are always friendly. Store is clean and stocked. Definitely a high traffic location so mobile ordering is the best idea.

If I could leave a lower review I would. It’s 8:25pm. Been in the drive thru since 7:52. Not sure how a few tacos can take this long. What a trainwreck of a fast food joint. Get it together.

As far as the food goes – I’d give this location less than zero. They can’t fix an order correctly. Not on the 1st, or even second tries. The freeze machine for drinks is broken more often than not. The chalupas are always hard and too stale to bite through. The meat is dry and hard to swallow. They don’t put any shredded cheese (even after you point this out) on anything that’s supposed to be there. The amount of cheese to lettuce and tomato ratio is always off. The wait makes all this impossible to overlook. Then there is the old mean lady they have on registers who is as likely to cuss you out as she is to greet you. This place doesn’t deserve to have a place on out busy Wanamaker Road. Im surely surprised they still have this location open with this many horrific reviews and the obvious GM situation that the corporate of bell could care less about. I wouldn’t feed my pigs or dogs this crap.

This girl was so rude and gave a mug face because i asked for total again. Completely bad service from someone who is a trainer soon to be assistant manager. This taco bell needs to either shut down or train people right. An un hired secret Shopper! Businesses that say they’re open, but they shut their lights off so people won’t pull in, but they’re still open because I clearly talked to someone that told me to place my order but you could not see the screen because they had off signs on building. Once they realize that I told them that I was a secret shopper, they tries to say that I was being rude and I clearly told them. Hey, you guys close at 2 o’clock there’s no reason your menu should be turned off. It’s dark. Quite literally the worst Taco Bell in Topeka. Not only was our order wrong 3 times, but my boyfriend was assaulted by a Taco Bell worker with a broom. Yes, assaulted with a broom. Please do not waste your money here.

The food is horrible.The soft taco also had hair in it.The gal at the drive-thru was nice. Started feeling sick .

As someone who has worked and managed fast food, frustration when someone comes in near closing time is understandable. However, 12 minutes til close is far from the personal attack the elderly woman at the register acted like it was. I was told repeatedly while waiting for food that she had locked the door, telling me how I was “here so close to closing time” and how ready she was to be off. After all of the frustration, I still left 5 minutes before close. While leaving she had the audacity to let me know to “GET OUT”. If it was the first time she had spoken to me rudely, I could brush it off, but I can’t imagine how she’s still at this location if she speaks to other people the same. When called, management seemed to already know she was a problem.
