Honestly, this is the worst tasting Popeyes I’ve ever had. The fries have a weird greasy chemical aftertaste. I ordered a three wing snack with fries. I got two wings and a breast. It would be OK if I ate breast but I don’t. Very unsatisfactory taste I’m actually really surprised and disappointed.

It’s hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Often times the service sux but every now and then you will get an employee that gives good customer service. I can empathize with the staff and the struggles they face on a daily being off Moreland but dont group all customer with the disrespectful ones.

The shift manager, Kiera, made my dining experience 10/10. She was on break and stepped in to help her staff as the lunch rush picked up. She ensured my food was fresh to order and I had all condiments.
She’s definitely a team player and efficient in how she handled the rush while still supporting her team with customer inquiries and orders.

Honestly don’t come here. The lady taking our order was very impatient, they didn’t have any strawberry fanta, sprite, OR diet coke which are all advertised on their drive through btw. And then when we pulled up she stuck her finger out and yelled at us to go park and wait on the food.. no sorry about that or even hello. Don’t even care how the food tastes with service this awful. Mind you i’m typing this in the parking spot lol.

I give up on the Popeyes in Atlanta. The food is never fresh. You always get something that’s been sitting around for hours. Is it really that hard to prepare fresh food?

Both times I came here my food was fresh. And right out the fryer. I ordered boneless wings the second time and I thought they gave me bone in, so they changed it. When I went to collect, it was bone in again, and when I said I had boneless and wanted bone in, they said that’s what I originally had and they had tossed it to give me this new order. I told the associate I would take it cause I don’t want them to waste it again, and she said what is it that I’d want. ( kindly) and I said boneless please. And she graciously helped me. Usually interactions of this nature go negatively, but she was kind and everyone there was kind as well. She even suggested I get new fries since it got cold while waiting for the chicken. Will def go out of my way to go to this location when I want Popeyes again.

So… I placed a mobile order, went to the drive thru to pick it up, and they didn’t seem to even know what to do with that. Then, they asked me to pull around to the window. I was hoping that they would just have the order ready at the window, since the drive thru line was already taking a really long time, but unfortunately, they seemingly didn’t even have my order started when I got up to the pick up window… So, after waiting literally 20 minutes in the drive thru, someone finally came out to my car with a bag… And it wasn’t even the correct stuff… AND they dropped it on the ground. They then had to go back inside and get a new bag of food. Luckily that didn’t take long. The kicker though? It was a combo,and they didn’t bring me my drink. At that point, I just wanted to go home, so I didn’t even bother them for it…
The sad thing is, the sandwiches I got were genuinely delicious. Their service was just such a disaster, that I had I can’t give this spot a good review… Maybe the bad service was a fluke. I don’t know.

After having a not-so-great-experience in 2024, we have not been to this location since. Tonight, I was craving Popeyes, bad.. so we went, AND LET ME TELL YOU: QUEEN.. she deserves a raise, bonus, and promotion. Her customer service via the drive thru monitor was immaculate. I felt like a friend was asking what I wanted to eat at their home for dinner. I will now be a regular customer and will be purchasing my thanksgiving turkey from Popeyes because of Queen.
If you’re at this location, you should be so lucky to have her take your order!

Completely unprofessional. I placed a mobile order at 4:48. I am currently still waiting at 5:34. My order was not started until I had to walk in and wait at the front counter. Not only that, there’s no sort of care or “I apologize for your wait” nothing. Like it’s normal to wait an hour on a mobile order.
