I definitely recommend coming to this location
People are nice and drinks tate good !
Update: it seems the baristas at this location always have an attitude and I order often. Its not a good look when you have to ask for things like a straw and its treated like a hassle for them. Also when you have to ask for mocha as shown in the picture but they act like its an extra or whip cream etc. If the picture shows it then yes I want it on the drink. Management I hope you see this. Maybe some extra training is at hand.
The first time was the drive-thru, where I ordered a treinta Midnight Drink with light ice. I waited for an extended period as I watched the barista have a full-on conversation with the car ahead of me. They chatted it up for a solid five minutes. It seemed to take a while for them to get two drinks and food. After what seemed like an eternity (not actually, but it was FAR too long of a wait for a drive-thru), I finally got to the window. Again, it took a few minutes (I literally was waiting all this time, how was my drink not ready????) the barista finally came to take my payment while holding a Blackberry Sage Refresher. Before handing my payment, I ask, “Is that my drink?” He confidently answers, “Yes!” I respond very quickly, “that isn’t what I ordered. I ordered a Midnight Drink.” He then says “Oh, you want a Midnight Drink instead?” “No,” I reply quickly, “Not INSTEAD. That’s what I ordered,… a Midnight Drink.” I was now annoyed. I didn’t think my order what all that complicated. After another eternity (not really, just far too long for a drive-thru) I finally got my drink.
Second time, I met up with a friend for an afternoon cup of coffee. My friend ordered his drink before me. I came in about 2 minutes later, walk up to the counter, order a brewed coffee, no room. That’s it! At most other Starbucks, the barista simply steps behind them to fill the drink. This barista didn’t do that. She takes my payment, asks my name, and gives my payment back, and my friend and I go find a seat. It took about 10 minutes for my friend to get his tall iced Matcha. I realize that no one has called my name, and there are no brewed coffees waiting at the counter. It wasn’t that busy, and there were at least five baristas behind the counter. So I stand at the counter, after about five minutes, another barista, NOT THE ONE THAT TOOK MY ORDER, asks what I ordered. I told her and she looks confused… probably because there was NO reason for me to have to ASK for it! She says she’ll get it for me. While she wals away to go fill my coffee, the barista that took my order uses a machine next to the serving counter and is doing EVERYTHING in her power not to look my way. What a rude person. About a minute later, I finally had my drink.
Starbucks is all about convenience for me. But avoid this location. There is nothing convenient here. The service is lacking.
