We tried the meat lovers and the pepperoni & mushroom pizzas—both were delicious! The crust was crisp, the cheese was melty, and the toppings were generous. Great spot for a casual, satisfying slice. We’ll definitely be back!

The Ranch Rio I have to say, it was next level delicious! The flavor combination was absolutely perfect. From the creamy ranch base to the crispy crust and fresh toppings, every bite was a delight. It’s clear that the team at I Love NY Pizza puts love and care into their food, and it truly shows in the taste. The staff was super friendly, and even though there’s no inside seating, the experience was still top notch. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and check them out.

Eating here was a happy little accident! We went on the ghost tour downtown and it ended at 10. We had not eaten dinner as we weren’t hungry yet. We tried another pizza joint and their doors were locked, despite being during business hours, so we wandered around and happened upon this place!
We all ordered a slice or two to go. I got a cheese slice and they had just pulled a pie out of the oven so I got a fresh slice!
We all enjoyed our pizza immensely and two in our group even finished their second slice for breakfast the next morning, and they said it was just as good the next day!

Good quality, good flavor, fast friendly service, fair prices. What more could you ask for? There is no dining area, only a window. I would definitely come back!

Ok, if you want to get a true New York city experience of eating a hot slice . This is the place to go. Get one or two walk down to the river and enjoy Gotham style pizza. Used to work in Manhattan like 20 years ago. Now they have the best pie in the world. Best Bagels too. But this place gives you that experience of getting a hot slice to go on a paper plate in a bag. It has been a while since I was in New York but this is exactly the vibe and attitude of New York by-the-slice establishments. There’s literally no frills, you can’t even really go inside. They just hand you an awesome slice of pizza through a window and if that’s something you’re into, you’ll totally dig this place. If you need to be coddled or want a bunch of bells and whistles, go someplace else. If you want to slice a pizza for under $5 it’s better than a $5 slice of pizza has any right to be then this is the only place you should consider going.

Authentic New York City slice experience. Pizza was not hot and fresh out of the oven, but it was still just as good. I was impressed by the quality of pizza, and it tasted great all around. Prices were very fair as well. Would highly recommend taking a stop by if you’re downtown and craving a little slice of NYC.

Walk up by the slice pizza. They don’t use canned mushrooms, fresh mozzarella and a nice honest sauce. Dough is thin and folds properly and the bake on the crust is high temperature and toasty.
Best part is the genuinely good staff and great attitudes that’s on par with the delicious slice.

I drop in a couple of times a week because I can’t stay away from the pizza. The guys are so nice but really fast. I like people watching downtown while they get my slice heated up.

Pizza was good, easy walk up window. – One thing to note, the website has a great online ordering system but it says they are closed, which isn’t true. Waste of time as I had to call after. I mentioned it to them when I went there and they told me “we don’t have online”. They don’t seem to care. That said, Pizza is good.
