I have memories of trying Yonah Burger for the first time 15 years ago. I found it to be a nice spot to eat while traveling towards Helen. I decided to revisit the place a few days ago to see how it was now. The dining space was expanded and the customer service was cordial! A special shoutout to Deena who took my order and made me and others feel welcomed. I ordered their special Yonah burger deluxe and a side of “frings” which were a combination of French fries and onion rings. The burger was cooked well and the frings were just a delicious. Overall, an excellent lunch out.

My family and I stopped at this place, as were vacationing in GA. We met the amazing Dena, who works there, and what a delightful person! We absolutely loved this place. The burgers are amazingly delicious, the staff are fantastic, and the place it self is great. I recommend this place ! If you are in GA, take some time and stop by… you won’t regret it!

Yohan Burgers has officially become one of my favorite places to eat. The food is absolutely incredible — fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the kind of place where you can relax and genuinely enjoy your meal.

The food was phenomenal. I had a double bacon cheeseburger and I can say without a doubt one of the freshest burgers I’ve had.
Mrs. Deana greeted us with a smile and warm southern hospitality, she made the place feel like home! We were headed out the door and she gave us a couple of tenderloin biscuits that her daughter makes fresh every morning. I cannot suggest this place enough, if you’re in the area please check them out!

We had a little wait for takeout, but you could tell it was freshly made, so it was worth it. If we were eating in, it would be your average wait. I guess I was surprised because there were very few patrons for the length of wait.
With kids I was hoping the drive through was open, but there was a car parked in it – unoccupied. Maybe that made it seem longer? Entertaining young kids can be tricky in public.
Prices seemed above average for what we got. Portions were good. Again, burger was fresh, super juicy. Fresh toppings. Everyone always messes up my husband’s no onion burger, they did not.
Service was polite. Not outgoing, but polite. We’re really easy to upsell if you chat with us about a menu etc. we want to try it what is suggested, if it’s suggested.
My gut, no pun intended, wants to say 3/5 for average experience – but the burger was really good!

Coach Story
I have driven by this place many times, traveling to the GA Mountains. As expected, it was the good old greasy spoon burger and crispy fries. Just what I wanted. There was also a pay and take away breakfast area. Kinda cool and trusting thing to do. Very friendly staff and very clean place to eat.
