3 times!!!!!!! I’ve been here and forget to check my order, and it is always freaking wrong! Even when you ask before grabbing the bag, they will assure you it’s correct; you get home and wrong order or missing items. 3 ladies tonight just messing around. Go to the one on blue lakes. This place blows!!!! And this is a large fry.

Went here on a whim for breakfast. I was behind 1 car. I saw this persons order. 1 sandwhich. The girl in the drive through spent 12 minutes talking to the car in front of me. When I got to the window I was at least expecting a good morning. She rudely told me my total took my payment. And then shut the window in my face. I felt this was very rude and unprofessional. I had my window down and I could hear the topic of their conversation, she’s trying to get another girl in this store fired! I am a manager in the customer service industry and I was be APPALLED to hear an employee talking like this.

Many improvements over the last few weeks.
Shout out to Adam and all others who deserve credit for all the effort that has been put into whipping this place back into shape. Keep it up.
Although, the sink in men’s room still needs a $5 aerator screwed to the faucet.
Doesn’t matter what size you order, you get what they person shoveling the fries is in the mood to give you apparently (although, this time I was told they are rationing due to being low, despite me watching Nicholas Food Service make the regular delivery yesterday morning).
Men’s room is a disaster and has been for many months:
Manual flush on toilet sticks… floor often covered in dirty toilet water.
Drain vent is obviously clogged and causes bathroom odor to fill dining area.
Sink aerator was so plugged with hard water, it misted for months leaving me to wonder how employees properly washed their hands… now the aerator is gone and it gushes/physically assaults unsuspecting users.
Place needs some work.

When ordering through the drive through, make sure to double check your order. Went through on a whim, and we were missing more than half of our order, by the time we went to hand it out at home, 2 kids didn’t get their food. Should we have checked? Yes, but we were tired and hungry, and wanted to get home. After spending $30 on food, we got maybe $15 worth.

There’s a new Burger King in Twin Falls Idaho and it has a playground. My grandkids are thrilled. It’s a great place for a quick bite and letting the kids, or grandkids, burn off some steam if the weather is less than favorable.
The new Burger King is conveniently located in the parking lot of Walmart at the corner of Washington and Cheney. They’re still serving your charbroil favorites in this small, but new Burger King. The new dining room and playground areas were clean and the staff friendly. It’s a nice change from the other two fast-food playgrounds in town.

Had to change my review for the first time they decided they didn’t serve the Whopper Jr for breakfast, even though it’s on the menu. then lied about the broiler not on when you can smell it’s smoke from the parking lot. Great job guys in losing a regular long time customer.

I think her name was Tazlyn (Jazlyn?) helped us in the drive through, had a really nice energy even though we were there like half an hour before close. We got our food and got home to find a sandwich was missing, called the store, and she answered and was still very sweet and helpful! Give that girl a raise.
