The restaurant was clean, my food came out fresh and exactly how I ordered it, and the service was quick. What really stood out, though, was the manager, Lucia. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team. This location is my favorite!

Ok the messed up my husband order by putting tomatoes on it when the receipt and the wrapper on the burger said no tomatoes. The burger was still good. The fries were old & The Mr Krabs tator totes were old. The dinning area has been updated and more modern really clean. The bathroom was clean for women but they have me a key that had a big metal spoon on it. Over all good enough we would go back.

My male friend and I often eat at Burger King l get my food freshly made and it comes out excellent. I Love the Whopper, Jr. Whopper, French fries, and Ice cream cones we will be going back. Excellent customer service and waitress service we will go back.

Was just here now. The workers are very friendly and amazing, however;the post here is about the vanilla iced coffee. It’s premixed according to the worker. It literally has nothing but creamer and sugar and no coffee. It taste like pure sugar syrup. I had to ask for another cup with half water added so I could mix it just to be able to drink it. Also because no coffee could be added to it per the worker. Totally disgusting. Do not buy it.

place was clean food looked like when they cooked the eggs for sandwich they put just enough to coat the bottom of the pan or whatever they cook them in. just not worth it anymore to go there when the food is served like this

Worst place ever! I ordered 2 orders of 2 cookies and first they gave me 1 order of 2 and tells me it only comes in twos but yet online they give you the option of 1 piece or 2 piece and I ordered 2 orders of 2 piece chocolate cookies now there were 4 of us and yet only recieved one order of 2 cookies so I called them to explain and at first the person who answered the phone tells me that the manager gave me 2 cookies inside my whopper bag and I explained yes I got 1 order of 2 cookies and she tells me it only comes with two so I said ok I ordered 2 orders of 2 and I only recieved 1 order. She tells me I can come back and so I explained after my doctors appointment I will and when I go back my husband went in and I look inside it’s only one cookie like never again they don’t deserve any extra money or cent from someone for me to let it go and it’s very crazy how they can never get a simple order right cause this isn’t the only time they forgot something of mines from my meal and made me drive all the way back to get it. But i’ll never come here again and I don’t recommend coming here for anyone.

My daughter placed an order online so that we could pick it up at the restaurant. We were told that the items that we ordered were not customized in the app so it didn’t print out on their end. When we asked to have the item replaced, it was replaced, but it was the wrong. Item, I’m severely allergic to egg and cheese. And when I have that put on anything, I’m definitely not gonna eat it. And the food was just old. The hash Browns tasted like they were in the freezer. They were so hard, no flavor the sandwich itself was just unedible, and it was only two people working, one person was working front counter drive through. This is the 3rd time my family and I have came here to order food and Everytime we order a young African American woman takes our order. She rushes you to order and when your trying to finish ordering she pretends she can’t hear and tells you to go to the first window. Gives you’re price then takes money and when you ask if she got everything you wanted she won’t unfortunately then she’ll tell you “you’ll have to go back around”. This is the 3rd time it’s happened and that’s not right for her to take her time and get our order correctly the first time without attitude. We told another young man at the 2nd window and he just had the same attitude as her. So we asked to speak to the manager and lord and be hold he had the exact attitude they both had rushing instead of listening and making sure there customer had it there way (as the so called slogan says). A manager should always make sure they deecalade the situation instead of treating the customer exactly as there employees did then maybe there won’t be any situation or maybe your employees would have better customer service then what they do. The simple fact that we watched them through our window and seen that he grabbed the fries from a different area then where the fresh fries were was unbelievable! After that while we were eating we found hair and black stuff in 2 of our burgers. None of the women employees had hair nets no wonder they ended up in our food. My pictures aren’t good but I’ve taken pictures to prove how disrespectful and disgusting this experience at this burger king was. I would definitely like my refund but didn’t receive no receipt of purchase just like the other 2 times we came. Total was $20.11 3 orders of 2 for $5 and a large fries.
