Order Door dash. As I’m disabled and they missed putting my Mild Sauce in the order, order via Door dash as I have no car and too far to walk, I understand mistakes but only option was to go and get it myself from the store. No other options provided. Very disappointing and I’ll live with it. But always have some issue ordering Taco Bell via Door dash and so it continues, very sad and disappointed once again

The dining room and ladies room are always clean. Tables are actually wiped down and not sticky! The station with salsa, napkins and utensils always stocked. Friendly service. Fast food Burgers seem to be lower in quality and flavorless. I find Taco Bell satisfying and it sits well in my stomach.

We usually do drive thru at this Taco Bell, however we decided to dine in today. There were no customers dining in and now I understand why. The young man told us we had to use the kiosk to order that they no longer had employees taking orders at the counter. My wife and I ordered 3 crunchy tacos each. When we received our tacos all 6 were smashed. There was very little in them. Probably why they all broke from trying to wrap them. I’m sorry, but when a fast food restaurant forces me to use their kiosk to order because they don’t want to provide personnel at the counter, then they don’t deserve our business. $20 for crushed tacos and a drink. Won’t be eating here any longer.

Shoutout to my folks at this Taco Bell location they never give me a hard time. The service is always amazing and quick and the very few times there has been a mistake. They are happy to correct it and even go as far as giving coupons for your next visit. Had to come on here to show my appreciation for the employees at this place

This review is not towards Taco Bell, but towards the general manager (Joe) at this location he is by far the worst person I have ever seen work at a fast food restaurant. I have passed by and overheard him through the speaker on the drive-through cussing through the background, calling customers bad names. I guess he thought we couldn’t hear him. I have also been inside the restaurant and have personally seen him mistreat his employees calling them. disgusting names, using profanity, knowing that some of them are minors or elders he has slammed his hand aggressively on the counter while screaming at people faces and talks very disrespectfully to the pain customers I can guarantee you if he’s on shift I do not show up. it’s a very bad reputation for the company to have somebody like this work for them. If they care about their business, they will get rid of people with this kind of customer service. it is 100% a lawsuit just waiting to happen. The guy definitely needs anger management classes and a drug abuse course because there is definitely something wrong. I honestly feel very bad for the employees that work there Hopefully corporate one day walks in. And realizes the sort of abuse their employees go through to make minimum wage at a job I Put one star because I couldn’t give them a -10 one employee will make the entire company sink

Almost 9 dollars for absolutely nothing……
There might be a tablespoon of meat in each of these chalupas and that would be pushing it…….
Charge more if you have to but don’t serve skimpy food and expect customers to come back because this ain’t never going back!

So the service and staff have gotten really poor, I just got off the phone with the manager, and he said he leaves the lights off at night, so they look like they’re closed. To not make money.
Because they don’t have the staff, the G. M knows he said! They’re always short staffed and untrained! I hope they fix this because I love eating at Taco Bell! There are no lights in the parking lot, Not only is that dangerous, but it is unacceptable! If you guys don’t want the money and want to look like you’re closed, change your hours! Because your manager just said he intends to be open till 3. A m with the lights off on purpose!
Messed up my order again, How do people lay burritos on crunchy tacos? I don’t understand that!

As a disabled senior,
I was mistreated so badly by manager and staff on Saturday.
My order was wrong and the food tasted terrible. They would not refund my money nor replace my order. The manager made me wait outside over 30 minutes. No one came to greet me.
I spoke to john the Manaher earlier he was very rude & hung up in my face! This kind of customer service should definitely be dealt with on a corporate level.

This particular location near the Courtney Campbell causeway and McMullen Booth either has the least train staff or the dumbest staff. I can never go there when I don’t get something rotten The potatoes are too hard they can’t follow basic instructions. So when you do a pickup this becomes a problem because then you have to quality control them because they don’t care. The dining room seems to be closed a lot under the guise of we’re short staffed
