This lovely establishment has a clean and tidy environment, a bathroom that has me singing in the stalls, and employees that brighten my mood every day I see them (especially Mason, the best employee I’ve seen at any fine dining establishment) I can only praise this McDonalds, with the faults only lying within my own gluttony.

I ordered $20+ in breakfast online and the delivery man was super sweet but my egg and sausage mcgriddle was made completely wrong and disgusting. Its not even sausage meat its some weird like meat loaf or something covered in onions moist and soaking into the rest of the sandwich making it inedible.

Is it really that hard to make an iced coffee??? Went through the DT around 6:30 this morning and I was served hot coffee over ice. Watered down dish water, I had to ask for more cream and got the same result. Just dirty dishwater coffee with 2 cubes of ice. I used rewards too so it’s quite annoying,

Despite an occasional off-day, this is still the best McDonald’s I’ve found in Southern Oregon. The food is fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Instead of a sign limiting customers to a 30 minute stay, there is one that says something like, “Be our guest, stay awhile.” The employees are consistently courteous and professional. Yes, it’s fast food, but this place deserves high marks!

We have been loyal customers of this McDonald’s for over 9 years. We usually talk with Angie who is amazing!. However, recently the service has gone down hill. Twice in the last month we have made our order with the drive-thru and both times we had to repeat our order multiple times. Then when we get to the window to pay, we had to repeat it again to ensure correctness. Both times we then had to take our food back inside because it was wrong. The person inside tossed the “fixed” food at me and when I called to complain they acted like it was my fault. What happened to customer service?
