We were here last night – Ale & Don took amazing care of us. Every recommendation they made was a perfect suggestion. The food was incredible, the dining experience even more so. It was our first time at The Melting Pot, but after the exquisite service – it surely won’t be our last.
Thank you Ale, Don, and The Melting Pot.

We went here for our first wedding anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. Our server (which I forgot his name, sorry!) was very attentive and gave us a lot of ideas about fondue as it was our first time trying it.
We had the Quattro Formaggio, Yin and Yang Chocolate Fondue, and Coq Au Vin for entree. The food was delicious and will definitely go back to try different cheese and chocolate fondue!

We recently celebrated a birthday at The Melting Pot, and it was the perfect choice for a special occasion. We reserved one of their two-person private booths in advance, which made the evening feel incredibly intimate and tucked away from the rest of the dining room. It’s the ideal setup if you’re looking to focus entirely on your company while enjoying a slow, relaxed meal.
The food was absolutely excellent, from the rich cheese fondue starter to the high-quality meats and fresh vegetables for the main course. However, you don’t just go here for the food; you go for the full experience. The interactive nature of cooking your own meal at the table makes the night feel like an event rather than just a dinner.
To top it all off, the drinks were fantastic. They have a great selection of crafted cocktails and wines that pair perfectly with the different fondue courses. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a milestone where the service is attentive and the atmosphere is unique, this is definitely the spot.

I went to The Melting Pot for a date night with my wife and had such a great experience. The whole concept is unique — they bring out different types of meats and you get to boil them right at your table. It’s fun, interactive, and honestly keeps you engaged the whole time.
Our server, Alexandria, made the night even better. She’s a true people person — super friendly, easy to talk to, and knows how to keep the conversation going while you’re waiting on the next round of food. That kind of service makes a huge difference.
The vibe was perfect for a date night — music at the right level, no loud distractions, so you can actually talk and enjoy each other’s company. Prices were more than fair for what you get, especially since it’s endless portions. Definitely worth it.
I didn’t take the best pictures (too excited to eat, honestly!), but trust me — the food is better than the photos. I’ll be back for sure.

My Wife and I’s 35th Anniversary. It is a great place to celebrate with your spouse. I paid extra for a dozen roses in a vase plus rose petals on the table. Waitress was great. The food was delicious.

This was our first time at the melting pot and we were amazed! The service was great with Jalah and Derrion. They also had gluten free options and very understanding of my allergy! Best cheese dip was the spinach artichoke! 10/10

We made a reservation but they were quickly able to accommodate us when we came very early. Our server Priscilla was so nice and on top of our drinks and order. I never felt rushed and somehow she knew when we were ready for our next course. Andy definitely does an excellent job managing his staff!

The food is delicious. You get more than enough food. The steaks were decent cuts. Way more expensive than it should be for what you get. Friendly service but slower than you’d expect, especially since they weren’t very busy. Drinks were delicious.

We went to celebrate the 21st birthday of my son and were incredibly disappointed in the food. The server was sweet, so nothing towards her. The Quattro cheese tasted like straight oil. My son ate more than I did as he is a people pleaser. Once the first “filet” piece was cooked flavorless and completely tough and stringy, I was out. He tried the chicken and it was also flavorless. We left 1/3 of the way through and wouldn’t you know it, they charged us for the cheese. I left a tip because I’m not a jerk. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Shame on them for charging us at all. I still would have left a tip because it wasn’t the server’s fault that the food sucked. Oh, and didn’t realize we would be charged $10 for a jar of water. I didn’t know we had to pay for water. I’m glad we didn’t stay and am sad because I thought it would be a great experience. It wasn’t about paying the money for a quality experience at all.

Steven King (our waiter) was so amazing. The food was perfect, it was romantic and perfect for talking with my hubby. It never looks like it’s going to be enough food for 2 people, but we always leave full. The cocktails were poured generously too. As far as value for your money, it’s a dining experience, not just a restaurant, so you’re paying for the intimate experience and not just a loud and crowded restaurant. It’s worth every penny.
