Idk who you got working Saturday December 20th 2025 at 10:30 at night. But I just got the best looking food I ever seen from a Taco Bell in my life. All packaged nicely in a cardboard box instead of those cheap brown bags that rip the second you grab it. Y’all I’ve never praised a Taco Bell more in my life than right now. This experience for a fast food chain like them is peak right now. (I swear I’m not drunk or high just never seen a Taco Bell like this one give them employees working tonight a instant raise)

Ordered to go expecting got my food expecting it to be right (my bad for my double checking) well my order was wrong I ordered a cantina bowl light rice, no beans and extra lettuce, end up with a bowl with rice and three little pieces of lettuce (being scarastic)… they forgot to put something else in too… this happens almost every time, now I only go cause my dad wants it. I only come to this Taco Bell because of Denisha! She is a shining star. It could be 5pm or 2am and you can still hear the smile in her voice when you approach the drive thru speaker. She is patient and kind. The team that supports her always gets my order right and my food is always hot (unlike the Taco Bell on Narcoossee Rd which is closer to my house, but FAR from better) I go out of my way when I’m craving Taco Bell to come to this location because I know I’ll be taken care of properly. Order through DoorDash and got a completely different Burrito than what I had customize and added into it. I got a beef burrito instead of steak. I added guacamole it got no guacamole. I took certain things out, which are not hard to take out. And I had to pay extra for the add-ins this is honestly so disappointing and a waste of money!

I wanted to sit down in the lobby and eat my food. But the tables were nasty and sticky, the floor was sticky and dirty looking every time I stepped my shoes was sticking to the floor and there was old soda all over the drink machine. The lobby was straight disgusting, so I just took my food home because I didn’t want to sit down and eat in fith it grossed me out the service wasnt that good either and my food was made so sloppy that allot of the food was in the wrapper and not in the tacos very much I haven’t been to taco bell in over a year and this made me not want to go back there im highly disappointed in toco bell because my family loves eating food from there but we are not buying from there again.

I placed an online order on 12/23/25 at 2:30pm EST to be *scheduled* for pick up at 2:45pm. I arrived a few minutes after 2:45 and my order was not in the pickup area. I waited to get someone’s attention and asked about the order and I didn’t receive a clear answer as to where my order was or why it wasn’t ready. I waited there and ended up being handed my order almost 30 MINUTES (26 minutes) after the scheduled pickup time. Totally unacceptable and no apology or recognition from the staff at all. Then I arrived home and the whole order was incorrect. They threw in random burritos, nachos, a crazy mess. Terrible service and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will advise people to avoid this Taco Bell.

This location is absolutely AMAZING. Ordered through Doordash and it said that my usual order was out of stock, so I ordered something similar and they somehow KNEW to make it as close to my usual order as possible by putting the melted cheese on top. Chef’s kiss.

This is THE BEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. Unfortunately I did not get the employees names, I went on a Saturday around 1:00PM. Incredible customer service and the food tasted fresh and perfectly made. Highly recommend this location!

The bathroom code is 1709. As a homeless person, this is one of the places to sleep. They don’t ever know I’m there and I’ve slept there for 4 months straight. I am unbelievably happy about their service
