Just left this location, ordered two happy meals through the app. Confirmed order and got receipt in drive thru, waited 40 monutes at the window for them to bring the wrong order twice and then proceed to tell me that i never ordered. Upon showing the receipt i was greeted with attitude and accused of pulling out of the drive thru(i didn’t). After receiving my order and going home my children were surprised to find neither of them got their chocolate milk or fries!!! Never go here. this mcdonald’s needs shut down

I live in Carthage so when I do go to McDonald’s, most of the time I NEVER go to this location, the people there are so rude and the food is always old or they get something wrong with my order, although there was one singular employee that was kind, I think her name is Emily. Only person there that treated me like a human. I worked in fast food for YEARS so I know how it is, and I know the people there can do better. Go to the hazel location if you want to be treated decent.

So we’re encouraged and expected to put in our own order at the self service kiosk, but we’re no longer allowed to fill our own cups at the self service drink station. Instead, we must wait to be noticed by an employee, and ask to get a refill from them. Not only is the drink station gone, but so it’s the ketchup, salt, napkins, there is nothing that can’t be gotten with asking for it now.

Ordered quarter pounder with cheese deluxe, and the patty was overcooked and old and did not get all of the ingredients on my burger. Left lettuce and ketchup, and the tomatoes were about the size of a quarter

Terrible. There is always something wrong with this specific McDonald’s. Every time we’ve ordered, they’ve either never put patties in our burgers, forget drinks, or completely forget about two meals! Terrible service! Would not recommend going to this McDonalds. If you want good service, go to the one near Lowe’s that’s connected with the Pete’s!
