This place is amazing! We had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was fantastic, and the service was phenomenal. Our server, Jerome, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time — you could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does.
What truly set this visit apart, though, was the manager, Jeff. He personally came over to check on us, and when my daughter realized her first choice wasn’t quite what she wanted, Jeff didn’t hesitate for a second. He immediately took the dish back, brought her another menu, and made sure she could choose something she’d be happy with — no questions, no hesitation, just excellent hospitality.
We were already very satisfied, but that level of care and leadership was truly the icing on the cake. It speaks volumes about the culture at Parker’s on Ponce, and it shows in every interaction.
They will definitely be seeing a lot more of me. Huge thanks to Jeff and Jerome for making this such a great experience. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a restaurant that has a bit of everything but truly shines with steak and seafood, Parker’s on Ponce is a must-visit.
For appetizers, we enjoyed the Parker’s Caesar, tender grilled octopus (excellent), and salmon potstickers, which my daughter loved. The beignets were also a hit—light, fluffy, and delicious.
Our mains were equally impressive. The lump blue crab cakes were flavorful with plenty of fresh crab meat. The choice ribeye was cooked perfectly, and the surf-and-turf featured a generous steak paired with some of the largest shrimp I’ve ever seen. I also tried the daily steak special—don’t recall the exact cut, but it was cooked to perfection and full of flavor.
Our server, Hodan, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The restaurant’s decor was stylish and inviting. We dined indoors, but there’s also outdoor seating. Parking is convenient, with a garage across the street and free street parking after 6 p.m.
The mixed drinks were great, the food outstanding, and the overall experience a treat. Parker’s on Ponce gets a solid recommendation from me.

This was my first time here and it was amazing! This was a special occasion as I met up with an old friend ❤️Reservation at 5:15pm we were seated promptly. Our server Jerome was very courteous and timely. He was very patient with us and made excellent recommendations. The strawberry cucumber martinis were spot on! The ambiance was perfect. We went here as a family on Christmas Eve and it did not disappoint. The food and service was absolutely amazing. Everything from the appetizers (Calamari & Beignets) to the desserts (Chocolate Mousse & Cheesecake) was phenomenal. Our server Leah was attentive and really good. I would recommend this place to anyone that wanted to get their bang for their buck with such high quality food and service. Oh and when it says colossal shrimp believe them and they’re delicious!!

We had a wonderful family Christmas get together here and everything was exceptional. The food was cooked to everyone’s preference and the service was top notch. Between the amazing beignets, fried okra, brussel sprouts, the salmon, shrimp & grits, steaks, I don’t think we could pick a favorite. I cannot say enough good things about all of the food we had. The desserts topped off a perfect evening at Parkers.

Anniversary dinner tonight. Really enjoyed our dining experience. We had the charcuterie board as an appetizer, which was excellent (very nice portion as well).
My wife had a Greek salad. She loved it. I had the surf and turf – 6 oz filet and 3 jumbo fried shrimp. So so good!
The only thing that didn’t get 5 stars is atmosphere. I think I was expecting a bit more.

Great find in the heart of Decatur. Exceptional menu selections. Outstanding Old Fashions, has become my favorite – the aroma alone is outta this world. Known for their steaks, but I really enjoyed my pork chop and greens. Our waiter, Eric, was super cordial and you could instantly tell he loved his job – outgoing and knowledgeable.
