Had to go around a 2nd time because they didn’t catch part of the order, but I wish I would’ve just left with what I got. $7 box comes with twists now, and they charge you more to do the chips and cheese. $1.50 more….. without telling me first BTW. So be forewarned. Also the dipping cheesy burritos are NOT worth the $6+. They were darn near the size of my tumb. They finally brought back the quesarito…. but it doesn’t taste like it did before. At least this location as gotten quicker with getting the food out. (Albert pike).

Went through door dash and ordered two chicken flat bread melts. We they arrived at my house I opened them up and was shocked it was mainly flat bread. . Door dash only gave half the refund back. Call Taco Bell and spoke with a very rude man named Austin and was told once it leaves the store there is nothing he can do about it I would have to go through door dash. Well Austin I hate to tell you this is a Taco Bell problem not a door dash problem. Because door dash only delivered the food they didn’t make it. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

Used to love going to taco bell but the stopped serving chili cheese burritos and taco salads so I was left with double decker tacos and 7 layer burritos but they stopped serving even those, now for a limited time they have tostados back but they are double the price, all this wouldn’t bother me so bad but they keep introducing new menu items instead of bringing back thier old menu items on a permanent basis.

They consistently get our orders wrong. If the ingredients aren’t wrong then an entire item is missing. We have never had an order from here that was done correctly. I’m not even being hyperbolic! Every time we order from here they get the order wrong. The people working there are honestly bad at their jobs…
