The food at Raising Cane’s is always great — the chicken is fresh, and the bread is especially good, perfect on a cold day. There was a small mix-up at the drive-thru where we were told to pull up to the first window instead of the second. We waited for a bit until someone noticed and waved us forward — not a big deal, just a simple mistake.
We were also given two gift cards from a previous visit when our daughter’s meal and one of our Caniac Combos were accidentally left out. When we tried to use them today, we learned that only one gift card can be used per transaction. Not a major issue, but something to be aware of for next time.
Overall, still a good experience — great food, friendly staff, just a few small hiccups along the way.
Also, currently running a feature:
Raising Cane’s releases glow-in-the-dark specialty cup. How to get it.
The “Enter If You Dare” Halloween experience at Raising Cane’s is a virtual reality game accessible via a QR code on a limited-edition glow-in-the-dark cup or in-restaurant signage. In the “haunted” VR experience, players can enter a spooky version of the restaurant, complete with ghosts and games like “Capture the Bat” to win prizes such as free fries, toast, sauce, or free shipping on merchandise.
For the record the two stray fries were donations from the other boxes.
***edit: OH MY GOD YOU FORGOT TWO TOASTS.
***2nd edit: I asked for no ice so it tastes like Dr.Pepper. It was more like someone attempted to add a squirt of Coke into sad water.
LOVE when we bring home Canes. But those fries though…sooo good! Service is great and always quick. Pricing not bad at all. ANNDDD they take care of our Veterans which makes this a 5 Star rating overall!
The price was right, and I enjoyed the restaurant’s setup. The music choices were great (high-energy pop), but the music was pretty loud. I enjoyed it while eating alone but would have had to strain to hear over it.
It’s not my first choice but I’d eat here again.
I feel very bad that they are being beaten down with words by this evil Manager and I hope that you guys give staff the love and support that they deserve!! My meal was amazing as ALWAYS !!
Fries were over cooked. Lemonade was bland. I added a star because they were willing to replace our meal. The toast was delicious.
The Manager at this location (4320 Hampton Ave.) should be straight-up fired! Yes, fired!!!
I came in to this location on Sunday October 12, 2025 at 12:05 pm (in the afternoon- not midnight) and the ghetto rap music was so loud that I wanted to leave to go somewhere else! I politely asked the person at the register, “Can you please turn the music down? It’s way too loud!” It was so loud that I asked 2 more times for a total of 3 times! “Can you turn it down?” This location seemed more like a night club and not a great chicken finger restaurant!
Also, the Catsup in the pump machine was not quality Heinz 57 Ketchup! It remind me of the cheap water down ketchup! You might save a penny with it but it’s terrible!
Also, no ice in the ice machine! None!
Todd Graves runs a great business but this location needs a surprise visit from him to straighten up this location!
