Came here for my LUNCH BREAK 2:00am Dec.16, 2025. MANAGER is, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, LAZY. She took my DRIVE-THRU order and tells me to pull to 1st window, customer in front of me got served his food but decided he wanted to have a 5min conversation before he pulled off. She left me waiting and didn’t come to the window so I could pay for my food. I didn’t get to eat for lunch. The food is never fresh.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff here seriously need training in basic customer service. The manager, Alejandra, was extremely unprofessional and rude – she clearly doesn’t know how to talk to customers with respect. David, the boy at the cash counter, was no better. He was careless while taking orders and behaved as if he was doing me a favor instead of doing his job.
Both of them, along with the rest of the staff, showed no courtesy, patience, or willingness to help. Their tone was arrogant, and they completely lacked manners. It’s shocking how a business can allow such poorly behaved employees to deal with customers directly. Definitely not going back here, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they fix their staff and attitude.

I am shocked to see my chicken sandwich which they charged 9.89 plus tax for. Bun, chicken patty, and 2 slices of pickles. No mayonnaise, no lettuce, no tomatoes and above all, no taste . Did I just get ripped off? I went to Mac after so many years, I am so surprised to see the quality . I have taken a picture of my sandwich but have no place to post.

This place is a complete disaster. The entire staff, including David and manager Alejandra, were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful manner, acting as if my concerns didn’t matter at all. It’s clear they have no idea how to treat customers. The attitude and behavior from everyone was appalling, and I wouldn’t trust them with anything. Avoid this place if you value basic courtesy and respect.

Always busy but fast and hot food! The inside just got a make over but still has a weird smell. The beverage machine area is gross, it’s always wet and gross! You think for how much buisness they do they would take care of the funky smell.
