I have not been to this location in almost a year due to the service and extensive wait for food only to still have the order be wrong. However, today I was extremely impressed. I placed a mobile order. When I arrived to the store they were diligently working on my order. Not just one person, but multiple people working together. They were highlighting the receipt as they filled the order to ensure they got everything. The service was fantastic! I had my order within 10min of arriving and it was correct!

90% of the time there chicken is absolutely amazing even the breast are super tender and juicy. Just know that a good chicken dinner for four is going to cost you 30 plus dollars. And the large sides aren’t really enough so you wind up ordering extra. That’s really my only complaint

Update : I continue to eat at this location and the service here is absolutely amazing. A young lady named Miss Dionne was helping me with my order today and was absolutely amazing. She was just as polite and extremely knowledgeable. I spoke with the manager to let her know how amazing my experience was as always. I see her in there all the time and she is always personable and friendly as well. I can’t say enough about how great the food is at this particular location. I do highly recommend.

I had a really great experience at my local Popeyes in Middleburg, and the young lady Andrea really took the time to help me decide what to get cause it has been a long time since I’ve been there she was patient and kind and went the extra mile to serve me the food was delicious warm and better than I expected I’ll definitely be back because of her service!

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding an incident that occurred at your Middleburg location on November 4, 2025, at approximately 6:05 PM. My daughter and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 10-piece chicken meal and a popcorn shrimp combo. We were asked to pull forward and then later told to move to the front of the building to wait for our order.

While waiting, another vehicle that had been behind us in the drive-thru also pulled around and nearly hit our car. We had to pull up even further to avoid being struck. After waiting close to 10 additional minutes, my daughter went inside to check on our order while I stayed in the car with her baby. During this time, multiple cars began lining up behind us, assuming it was still part of the drive-thru line. I even had to get out and direct another customer to go around.

After an extended wait, I parked and went inside with the baby to see what was happening. My daughter was visibly upset and in tears. When I asked about our order, the manager, rather than calmly addressing the situation, became extremely rude and confrontational. I requested a refund, and at that point, the manager’s behavior escalated—she appeared as though she was going to come over the counter and physically confront me, saying “You want to go, come on.”

As I was holding my infant grandchild in her car seat, I made it clear that I would contact the police if she attempted to attack me. Her response was, “Go ahead.” This type of behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. One of your cashiers, who was very polite and apologetic, attempted to diffuse the situation, and I want to commend him for his professionalism. He even came outside after we left the building with our food, which I appreciated.

We left the building without the food, as I did not feel safe remaining in the restaurant. Although the refund was reportedly processed, it has not yet appeared in my account—but that is secondary to the larger issue.

I strongly urge you to review your surveillance footage from that evening to see how your manager behaved. Threatening or aggressive conduct toward customers—particularly those holding a child—is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.

This experience was extremely upsetting for both my daughter and me, and unfortunately, it has completely deterred us from returning to this location. I hope you take this complaint seriously and ensure proper action is taken to prevent this kind of behavior in the future.

Going Places
Walked in with mask as the sign on the door says it is required by management. First thing I notice is that out of all the employees only two people have masks on, one with it halfway on and 5 with no mask at all, including managment. I asked to see if we had to wear ours and the lady told us we have to, so not very happy that every person handling our food don’t have a mask but we are required to.
We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 original chicken. They were so good, hot and tasted great. Everything was clean and our order came out in a good timely manner. No complaints except the mask issue and that fact she didn’t give us our receipt.

Nothing makes me angrier than ordering a meal and getting home to find out it is wrong. The purpose of drive through is convenience. It is not convenient to have to drive back to a restaurant and pick up food that was left out of the original order. I usually check take out orders, but I didn’t today. When I got home, half of my meal was missing. It’s just aggravating. What is so tough about doing quality control and actually checking an order before you give it to someone else? Almost all fast food restaurants have the same problem. People working who spend more time on their cell phones than making sure they are getting peoples orders right. The second problem is more concerning. When you go through the drive through, they ask you to pull around to the double doors in the front. Initially there was no one behind me so I asked why I couldn’t just wait there, but the employee said she was on a timer and she needed me to move so she would’t get in trouble. Seems to me it makes more sense to get the orders done quickly. Isn’t that what the timer is for? Having me pull to the double doors was dangerous. The restaurant is crammed into a small lot, and when you pull around, it is a tight corner, and if one car pulls behind you, it creates a blind spot so the next car can’t see you and is likely to hit you due to the blind spot. I won’t return to this restaurant. It’s sad, I remember when it opened, it was awesome, clean, fast effecient, everything a restaurant should be. Now, it is the opposite. The last two times I have been my order has been wrong. Read the other reviews. You literally roll the dice when you go to this Popeye’s.

After 30 minutes of waiting at an empty restaurant I was told it would be 15 to 20 more minutes for fresh chicken to cook.

Krystal, the manager, did not greet me. She did not apologize and hid in a corner as I was confused. She should not be a manager of anything…fast food chicken taking an hour plus is a pure reflection of her lack of ability to manage the restaurant resulting in poor customer service and cash missed out on by the restaurant.

We made a mobile order at 5:10pm on 12/12/25 and we arrived to pick it up at about 5:30pm and were given our drinks then told to pull around and they would have it right out. Sat for 10 minutes, decided to get my food from the zaxbys next door and got back and my mom still had NO food! So i went in to find it sitting on the counter getting cold. The manager said that she didnt know we had arrived but they were the ones to tell us to pull. Now my food is cold but i honestly font want to wait another 30 mins for food that will sit to get cold when they forget again. This is an issue everytime i go and i keep giving yall chances but honestly with how it is i wont be returning for a long time. This is the 3rd time iv gone only to be forgotten and get cold food

Me and my family just ordered two of the 20 dollar family meals and a chicken sandwich, our food was great and although it took a bit (i mean it was 8 biscuits 16 pieces of chicken 2 pounds of fries and a sandwich) I can say with confidence that it was the best Popeyes ive had, hot, juicy and tender and i would definitely come back
