First time at Red Robin! I visited a few weeks ago for a friends birthday and the server was super nice and professional. I wish I got a photo of my mushroom burger because it was phenomenal but I scarfed it down two quickly! I will definatley be returning soon for some more endless fries! Ate here on Sunday and this experience is still sitting with me days later. At least the food was good and the manager comped our meal to right the wrongs. Otherwise, absolutely terrible experience. At least 20 minute wait times. Waitress completely forgot to bring a drink and meal for my mother in-law. I felt bad for the waitress as she was clearly overwhelmed. When I asked to speak to manager, he was incredibly unperson-able and straight up said that he didn’t have time to listen to the issues we experienced; hence he comped our meal. As a former restaurant manager, at the very least, listen to the customers and apologize. Didn’t even say I’m sorry. I am never going back to this location and am willing to drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the Red Robin location in Richmond or Midlothian if it means to never come back to this location ever again.

I ordered the avocado smash burger with steak fries, my wife ordered a meat pizza, and my granddaughter had the clucks & fries. Everything was delicious as usual. We went to West Broad St Richmond VA and Lucas was our server. He was so very attentive that we didn’t need to wait on anything. He kept our fries & drinks steady coming to us. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an inexpensive great meal.

First time at Red Robin. The burger was amazing! I got the Blue Ribbon burger and made it a double as there was a deal on Monday’s. I upgraded my side for onion rings. I could literally eat 5000 onion rings. Got a small kids shake for dessert and was also good. I am now a fan of Red Robin. Hannah was my bartender and was great too

Food was very hot and fresh. We bought the $10 burger and endless fries with a drink. How ever we were asked if we mined sitting at a tall table and was taken to the bar… On Saturday afternoon with much younger people drinking and watching sports. We wanted to have a nice lunch not a sports bar ( heavy bar smell ). Bartender was very overwhelmed. That said please if you visit this establishment be specific and ask for setting not in bar ( they had plenty ).

My burger took long to get to me when there where only 4 other tables occupied. Then it came to me soooo OVERLY SALTED it was inedible. My waitress was nice. She had them make me another one. The second one had no salt whatsoever???? And was overcooked. Took way too long , again. My waitress Chloe was nice and professional. She took the burger off my check, which I appreciate. So I gave her a tip that was 5xs the amount suggested.

We witnessed a Back of House employee use the restroom and return to work without washing their hands. Never saw a manager to speak with them and the server was way to busy to address our concern. We’ve tried to contact someone in corporate but haven’t heard anything. Would love if the business could address this before we file a complaint with the Health Department!

Ok so it has been a while since having food here. No wait, seating at a booth. Nice, friendly greeter an host. She laughed and joked with me the whole time. Very personel, nice change. Food was exactly as ordered and I got appetizers first, before the order came out. Waiter was top notch and always asking if I needed anything. Came right back with the request. Stopped and chatted with me. This is a great place to eat, food was fast, hot, and very enjoyable. Now the reason a gave a 5 star, the bathroom. As soon as I walk in, smells amazing. Yes, for a restroom it smell great. Clean, and also had toilet paper, wait for it. Even an extra roll! I was so relieved that the restroom was so clean and refreshing. Top notch! Very well done, I will be back to tackle those onion rings, again.

It was a Wednesday about 6 and we were seated right away. We started with the onion ring tower it was great as always. My Son and I got the rib combo for dinner and they were tender and tasty. My wife’s BLT avocato club was just OK. It was my Sons birthday and our server brought him an ice cream sundae which he loved. Our server was very attentive and excellent. Well be back soon.

I understand there is a waitstaff shortage. The waiter didn’t ask how I would like my burger cooked and assumed I’m a “well- done gal.” Which was incorrect. They gave me a overcooked burnt burger. Then the waiter said he will not charge us for the burger. Wait Wait. Upon sitting down, we told the waiter that we were celebrating my birthday and had a reward for a free burger. Basically, for that free burger we got burnt food, slow service, and a waiter that made assumptions and didn’t listen.
We ordered the chocolate chip cookies. The center was cold/frozen and the outer edges hot.
Usually, the food is really good and the waitstaff is good. This was an extremely bad experience.
