Ordered a taco salad. Paid $9 and they forgot the chili & tortilla chips that come with it. Ordered 2 baked potatoes via mobile order. Arrived for them to tell me it would be 35 minutes for the potatoes to bake. Asked for a refund- no apology given but acted like I was a monster for not wanting to wait 35 minutes.

We ordered a chicken sandwich. Waited 20 mins. Got home, daughter bit into it, and it was raw. Not ok. Pretty sure they poisoned a bunch of people tonight. Poor. Won’t be going there again. Neither should you.

Thorofare we can all agree this Wendy’s has been a let down for years. Cold food, missing items, slow service, etc.
But I must say the last THREE times I have came here. I have had a totally different experience. Staff Dez, Maria & Jeandy are gems to this location . Great interaction with the clients, warm greetings at the window & inside ( Had to go inside to make sure they were legit ) My food all 3 times have been great!! So my local Wendy’s thank you for this staff improvement. We just want a good service! The updated location is nice but SERVICE IS WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT!

Food and service is great. Don’t usually go to Wendy’s for anything but I got a baconator large with a Coke. The staff is very friendly, surprising for a fast food joint. Recommend going if you need something quick and you’re in the mood for something in a different/ thoroughfare area

Even after the upgrade, the service is still trash! What an attitude the one guy had bc i number 1 asked for tenders and he literally said” we dont have any” then i get up to pay, more attitude! I run a very succesful buisness and never treat customers this way! And 9 dollars for a large fry and small drink is criminal!

NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!! I made two visits for quick dinner in October 2025.
This Wendy’s is an absolute disgrace. They never have basic dinner items, half the drink options are out, and they can’t even keep simple condiments stocked. The food is flat-out horrible, stale buns, cold fries, and zero effort put into anything coming out of that kitchen.
I made the mistake of giving them a second chance the same month, and it was even worse. Same missing menu items, same trash quality, and this time the chicken nuggets were undercooked and made me sick. That’s not just bad service, that’s dangerous.
The place is filthy, poorly run, and clearly not capable of operating at any acceptable level. If they’re “rehabbing” the store, then shut it down and finish the job instead of serving customers garbage.
This location is a joke, a health risk, and a complete waste of money. Avoid it at all costs.
Management and ownership should be ashamed of themselves. Reading all of the reviews, they are not.

The new night staff are the sweetest ladies there are. Maria I believe was working the back and Antoinette or Antonella it was a little hard to hear her at the window in the drive thru but regardless both deserve some recognition for their hard work and kindness even in quick interactions through the drive thru it really shines so thank you to them we need more workers like them
