Love their bread sticks! The chicken Alfredo is what I usually get and have never had complaints! One of the employees is a very kind teenager who loves to play air guitar! We had a blast just watching him!! Highly recommended playing more hair band music!!!

Spaghetti and meatballs was excellent. Place is very clean. Help was efficient and friendly. Workers aren’t standing around doing nothing, playing on their phones and ignoring customers like most fast food places today. Only criticism is their music selection…hard rock isn’t my idea of dining room music.

Update 05/27/25
Stopped in wanted to get lunch again. Came in, and there were no breadsticks even in the window. Once they brought them up. They are visibly not appealing. They look dry and almost burnt on the top. They don’t have the buttery melt in your mouth look that Fazolis usually has. This location is definitely doing something wrong with their breadsticks. My lunch will be elsewhere today.

Very disappointing visit to this location.
Ordered a side of sauce for $1.99 plus ordered extra cheese and sauce in my meal for an additional $1.50. When the food was brought to my table the side sauce was not there. The lady said it was put in my dish. I said no I paid for it. She said it was fine she would bring some to me. Then I got two little clear cups of sauce. Not the container of sauce that I paid for.
The breadsticks were absolutely horrible. They were hard and dry. Like maybe they forgot to put some butter on or maybe the oven was set too high. Even told them I wanted a fresh batch not from the window that were visually dry. Even the new ones were like that. Usually the breadsticks melt in your mouth and have flavor. These had no flavor at all. Very disappointed.

Update: Had a nice meal with my daughter this evening. Not much to report. The counter employees were quite friendly,, though the young lady handling tables didn’t seem to thrilled to be there.. it happens, right? Original post: Aside from the 90s decor/feel, this was a decent place for lunch. Its sad to see the decline of Fazolis in the area. I remember when these locations were always busy and buzzing. The food was good as far as a sort of fast Italian place. And prices are just as good. Way better than paying $12 for a mediocre burger and fries nearby.

We went to Fazoli’s for the first time. Though the staffs were great, friendly, sitting area was cleaned.. the foods were not good in taste.

I did an online order. You guys deserve a kiss on the cheek frl. Remembered my red pepper flakes and parmesan, gave me a bunch of it. The alfredo is on point!! Mushrooms and broccoli made to perfection!!! Lovely cheesecake, like how you put strawberry sauce on the side.

I wasn’t very happy with my experience at this location. When I pulled through the drive thru it took about 3 to 4 minutes for anyone to say anything to me so I could order my food. I did let them know that I had 2 separate orders. One order was for myself and another for my client. I pulled around and waited for about 10 minutes before the manager opened the window and told me the oven had gotten unplugged and they were warming the oven back up to prepare our food. Which was perfectly fine with me she told us what was going on and I did not mind waiting. Once we received our food I noticed that it was all in the same bag. Which was fine but I need to separate them as I said one was mine and the other was my clients we also paid separately. I asked for another bag. they young lady at the window rolled her eyes and gave it to me. I noticed that the bread sticks were not in separate sleeves. I asked her if we could have a separate bread sticks. She came back and just stuck a bread stick paper bag out the window. I asked if she could put bread sticks in there as it is covid and I do not want to put my hands in the bread sticks to separate them. She shut the window and turned her back on me and later came back with bread stick. I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to ask for Parmesan cheese and red pepper but I did and she rolled her eyes at that as well. I have never been treated like that before at this location and it was only 10:30 in the morning so I’m not really sure why she was so upset. When I arrived home I did notice that our pizza was over cooked and hard. I called and asked the manager could I bring it back it was dark and hard. She said yes. When I arrived no manager in site. I came inside and a different young lady helped me this time being very polite. She even apologized for the inconvenience. I wasn’t really happy with the young lady that worked drive thru, or that the manager did not follow up and ask if I need anything else, sorry you had to drive 15 mins back after leaving. Nothing. I won’t return.
