My expirence terrible. Horrible management. Manager wants to always argue with employees and when I came in, there was only one employee and he looked clueless and looked like he didn’t want to be there. I was literally there for half a hour just to get my food and don’t get me started my fries were old,greasy and there was chunks of uncut fries. This did not look eatable. My burger looked like it was made in 20 seconds and the meat looked like it was sitting there all day old barely tasteful.Never coming here again

The food was good as it’s usual. The service at the drive was the down side. The young lady taking our order just sounded irritated with us and seem to just want to rush us in our order. She should also be a little more careful when she is has a hot mic as you could here her apparent frustration or irritation. We had to adjust what we wanted given the drink and food selection they were out of stock with.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Miss Patricia at the Jack in the Box on Forest Point. She is truly the BEST. Every time I pull into this line, she greets me with the biggest smile and the happiest energy — it’s like a breath of fresh air before my day even starts.
She always makes sure I have everything I need, and she genuinely cares about her customers. she even told her boss to order a truck because she’s tired of people not being able to get what they want. I’ve been asking for orange juice for a while now, and she made sure to speak up so her customers are taken care of. That’s real dedication.
Miss Patricia is the reason I come here every morning for breakfast. I appreciate her so much, and I truly hope she has the most beautiful Christmas. People like her make the world brighter.

Pulled up to the drive-thru with no one in front of me and was greated with “Welcome to Jack in the Box. Give me a minute. Please and thank you.”
Waited for five minutes… nothing. Went inside and they were finishing taking an order but no one else was waiting.
I used the kiosk to put my own order in because no one greeted me or asked to take my order.
After waiting ten minutes, with only one order in front of mine, my Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger (customized to only have only patty and no sauce) came out with no bacon and three patties. At least they got the sauce part right.
Don’t recommend unless you like a reason to argue with “fast” food employees.

I went to the Forest Point location and ask for double combo that states $5.99 and the lady said that is for a single and not a double. I took a picture of what was posted to show her at the drive thru. She started having an argument that what is posted is not the right price. So I chose not to receive the order and the woman at the drive thru said some not so nice words to me , so I just drove away. You are advertising one price and charging a higher price.

Never been here and the first time I come, it’s horrible. Placed an online drive thru order at 3:27pm. We get there at 3:35pm. Dude tells me to go wait inside, but im in the drivethru line and theres someone in front and behind me. The car in front of us took 6 mins to get their food. Then i pull up, and once again he tells me to go inside. Im like bruh whats the point of waiting in the drive thru line just to go inside. Not like my order’s late by 4 minutes anyways. I go inside, and there’s 3 people waiting. A couple of ladies and one guy. Who had also been waiting 20–30 minutes, including DoorDash drivers who literally said they’d been standing there forever. Another guy said he ordered an hour ago and the workers were telling him he didn’t. The whole place was completely unorganized. Got my food at 4:15pm. 45 minute wait for some terrible food. It was god awful. Tacos tasted horrible, same with my food. Terrible service, DONT GO HERE.

We drive over 75 miles one way every weekend just to eat at this particular Jack in the Box, and it’s absolutely worth it every time! Victoria and her crew always go above and beyond to make sure our experience is top-notch. They’re polite, caring, and consistent—you can really tell they take pride in their work. We’ve been here about 10 times now, and every visit has been fantastic. Hands down, the best Jack in the Box we’ve ever been to!

The cashier was nice but they have some serious issues at this Jack in the Box. Several basic menu items were not available. Also only Sprite and tea. I did enjoy the Sour Dough burger albeit a little less than warm. I understand it’s tough to get everything hot, but for the wait, I’d think they could have made it from scratch. Just my opinion.

The food was good. The curly fries were a little cold, but they were made right with two hot orders of curly fries!
The staff seemed attentive and helpful.
Love the burgers, fries, and mini tacos; can’t wait to eat my monster tacos later on lol

Horrible experience…was in drive thru 30 minutes. Didn’t have rice for teriyaki bowl or Coca-Cola. The spicy loaded wedges didn’t have all ingredients and had leaked all in my egg roll and bag. No apology for the length of time it took or nothing.
