I ordered 5 chicken fajita burritos today and was really disappointed with the portion size and what was actually included. For the price I paid, almost $8
, I expected a proper fajita-style burrito with peppers, onions, and the usual vegetables — but there were none. Only lettuce and cheese .. It was a basic chicken burrito.. So cold that cheese didn’t even melt!
As a business owner myself, I would have made this right for my customer, especially given the cost. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen today. Hoping the quality and portions improve moving forward.

Horrible customer service, seemingly the shift manager had the worst attitude when I had mentioned my burrito had literally 2 pieces of chicken for $8. Save your energy and money, go to taco express across the street.

I returned to the establishment and she told me that this is what it is and was not willing to help at all. It has lettuce and cheese on it with two little pieces of chicken.

I’ve always loved La Casita for their cuisine Mexican food! I always like to come in and get their breakfast burritos in the morning. They have very fresh food, and I recommend getting their green salsa. It’s the only salsa I have when I go their now. I also like the lunch and dinner options, I recall liking their tacos, so I’d recommend those. The service and environment were also good, I recommend coming here if you want some quality Mexican food.

Absolutely not worth it. The portions were tiny, the food was cold, and the prices were way too high for what we got. When I went in to talk to the manager about it, they were unbelievably rude. Instead of fixing the issue, they acted like it was my fault. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

JUST GO TO TACO BELL! I’d give no stars if I could. They told the GrubHub driver he had everything. Then called to tell him he forgot a bag and they were closed. He said to cancel the whole order and they told him they called me (they did not) and I said to bring it anyway (obviously I did not). The driver was kind enough to message me and explain what was going on. The salad I did receive was wrapped in plastic wrap, sitting on a paper plate and looked like it was made 3 days ago.

Let me start off by saying that these were the best flour tortillas in the Colorado Springs. Literally nothing beats them. The burritos and nachos were a little lacking, but the food came out hot and correct which was awesome to see. I am glad to see this place is busy, but note that if you want to go in their drive-thru on a weekend to plan for 15-20 minutes as all of their stuff is made to order.
