I ordered through the drive thru. Ordered the #9 been on the road all day through horrible weather. The drive thru guy complained about being up so long working with lots of sighing. Ugh I knew it was not going to be good. Look we don’t need to hear your workers complain about not getting enough sleep so on and so forth. Just do your job you picked. The fries were cold and soggy and the cheeseburgers had onions all over the buns. Come on. I had to throw the whole meal away. Very disappointed in the food and the service.

Place looked great. Was it perfect, no, but it was towards the end of the day. Food was made fresh and hot. Service was friendly and fast. And the ketchup dispenser actually works, which is rare at McDonald’s.

I have been to this McD many times while driving on the highway. Absolute worst. Last 2 times, I only ordered a nuggets meal which is nuggets, fries and coke- the bare minimum at McD. They made me wait at the side for this and then when the food came, the nuggets were stale, hard, undercooked and felt like old nuggets were reheated. The fries were too salty last 2 times didn’t even feel like eating them and had to throw the whole thing away. This is on a highway next to a big gas station. A lot of people stop here, there were many trucks there as well. I hope they’re not feeding all these people this disgusting food. Better service needed!

Table side app order. Never got brought. Sat on counter until I suspected nobody was brining it. Turn off the option if you aren’t using it. Atmosphere was old with torn vinyl seating. Kind of a dumpy McDonald’s.

The employee in my photo provided 5-star customer service. GIVE HIM A RAISE! I dropped my cone on the way out and he was quick to make me a new one. He had a great sense of humor, too. Technique and size were great! Flavor was good. Would definitely return if I didn’t live 4 hours away.

we were missing multiple items that we had paid for, the food was sooo messy, and there was ketchup everywhere including on the napkins… I work at a McDonald’s at a different location and don’t how any of that could’ve happened. this is the second time this has happened. disappointed.

Gas station McDonald’s usually are unpleasant for me but this one was an exception. Clean and comfortable seating. Friendly, patient employees. Food came out hot and the fries were crispy. The toys in the Happy Meal are outdated and didn’t match the current theme but my son didn’t care.

Stopped this morning about 630. Food took so long I assumed they were cooking to order. I didn’t mind waiting because I knew it would be hot. Got on the highway and opened food. Hash brown and egg McMuffin were both cold.

I only gave 1 star because I had to. I got a trashed sandwich. Looks a mess! I called and they want me to return for the 3rd time! I asked for the manager and in an unprofessional way was told I was speaking to him so I asked for the district managers name and number and was told he had no clue what it was! Is this how you run things in New Lisbon!
