Last night, I was craving for a quick bite….inexpensive tacos . It was around 11 o’clock hour, at the Jack in the Box drive thru, on Coronado. No issue at the drive thru or receiving the food items. My issue were the tacos itself. I didn’t notice until a couple bites later. The taco wrappers were drenched in oil. You can clearly see it, the cooking oil all over the wrapper, heavy on one side. The tacos it self were also greasy. I had taken several bites already after realizing there was oil everywhere. Everything would have been fine had it not been left with grease. It was gross
I wanted to go back to Jack in the Box and let cook know that the tacos were unacceptable . How could the food been allowed to go out like that. Drenched wrappers and drenched tacos. Did anyone on shift even noticed.
Never had this happened before.
I ended up throwing the food out.

This Jack in the Box is very hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Most of the employees always seem to be in a bad mood or look like they hate their job. I went through the drive-thru and ordered three items but only received two. I had to drive back around and go inside, where I showed my receipt to a woman who appeared to be the manager.
She didn’t say a word to me—no apology, no explanation. She just yelled to someone in the back to get my missing item and then walked away. No “sorry about that” or “someone will help you.” Nothing. The employee who brought my missing food also looked annoyed to even help. They walked up, put the item in the bag, and walked away without saying anything.
This location seriously needs better customer service training. On top of that, the food quality is terrible. The tacos are always stale and never fresh, and other items usually look soaked in grease. Overall, the food and service here are both very disappointing.

I don’t have much issue with the food but the customer service was not it for me, this one manager, his name was Alberto or something, I don’t remember but he’s with taller more hefty guy with a short haircut(black hair) he was super impatient and started to be rude to me when I was asking for further assistance. I understand at first things can be stressful but to give attitude and make crude faces towards me and my family is highly inappropriate, we were being respectful and considerate given the fact it was later in the evening but at the same time , there was no other people than us and he was only sitting around at the register, so we didn’t think we would be disturbing him from his work.

I came here this morning. I specifically said I wanted two spicy crispy wraps. You messed up and then you just cover the wraps with sauce. I’m not stupid. I don’t know who’s cooking, but they need to pay more attention. I will say, though the guy who was taking my order in the morning, was very polite. I know it’s not his fault but the cooks need to get their stuff straight. It’s not Ok. Customer service should always be first. I’m paying for what I want. Not for what you think I want or your mistakes.

Consistently bad service during nights/graveyard shift. Trying to rush me through my order. Over cooking the mozz sticks so all the cheese spills out and makes them inedible. Been a couple times where the burger is undercooked which is edible to some people but not what you go get fast food for. The fries were fresh this time but have gotten them ice cold before. Not even sure how that happens if you have a heat lamp. Management, if you read these reviews, please re-train your night crew.

Went through drive thru this morning before heading to work at 5:21AM and received some of the worst food. It appears there is no quality control and the employees at this location take no pride in what they are serving.
Fries were cold and somewhat stale like they had been sitting there for awhile. I noticed that as I was driving away and bit into one. Had to get to work so I didn’t try going back as there was another car in line and I didn’t have time to wait. When I got to work a few minutes later (10 minutes away) I opened up my spicy chicken sandwich and it was dry and barely warm, again as if it had been sitting under a lamp for awhile. The lettuce was also brown. Last time I go here.
Charged $8.28 for somewhat warm stale food and some old lettuce. That’s how I love to spend my money. If you love to spend your money quality food hit up this location.
