This was a decent stop. The food was typical McDonald’s, and the service was pretty good.
Overall, the facilities were well-maintained and clean. The one issue I had, which is why this is a 4-star review, is because cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment was scattered in all of the customer areas. Despite it not raining and despite the floors not being wet…there were still wet floor ⚠️ caution signs virtually everywhere. This would have been a 5-star if it were not for all of the paper towels, wet floor signs, and brooms left throughout the customer’s area.

Oh my goodness.
We showed up at the drive thru and 24 minutes AFTER ordering….
The employee at the window asked us our order 3 separate times what our order was…rolled her eyes as she walked away from the window….then a different employee came and asked for our receipt and walked away with it…
STILL NO FOOD….at the 25 minute mark….
WORST DRIVETHRU EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
At 45 minutes….
We finally got our food and it wasn’t what we ordered.

oh my goodness. this is hands down the worst mcdonald’s in warner robins. every single time i come here my order is wrong or something is missing without fail. it’s beyond ridiculous at this point. there are way too many employees working for mistakes to happen this consistently. to make it even worse the staff gets an attitude when you ask for a refund or try to return food they messed up. complete lack of accountability and terrible customer service. avoid this location.

Worst McDonald’s I have been to. Service is horrible. I have ordered through the drive thru and they parked me. It 35 plus minutes I waited. Then I had to go in and wait some more in order to get food. I haven’t come here for a while. Today I had appointment for my daughter late so came to get food because she wanted McDonald’s. I did curbside pick up. I waited 25 minutes and finally flagged down someone. She claimed curbside is on different side then drive thru. I asked if she could at least check on it and she had demeanor like I’m inconveniencing her. During this whole time they had more than several cars pull up and wait for their food. They got theirs but I had to wait. I decided to go in and try to talk to someone. Several people surrounded counter and floor was covered in water by doorway next to table so we just went back outside to wait. Waited and then called to talk to manager. That was whole other situation where I could barely hear her because of noise and sounded like she was talking to someone else. This customer service and wait time is unacceptable. Not to mention when I got to my house two minutes from location my daughters kids meal was cold and I’m not exaggerating. My husband and my hamburger was barely warm. Our fries were hot but my daughters wasn’t. I can’t believe the service. Would never recommend this location! I wish they would give a no start option because that’s what they deserve.

Went thru drive and had a order placed at 8:36.they told me to pull forward and would be right with us.after a 20 minute wait they brought me the wrong order so they said they would be back.after another 10 minutes they came back again with the wrong order.i went inside and spoke with someone and after a exact 58 minute wait I received my 2 bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle combo meal.so poor service and fast food out the window. Literally waited 58 minutes to get food from time I placed order.sad

This location has been awful for years. Totally disgusting inside and the staff is rude. We stopped by for breakfast recently because my daughter begged for pancakes while we were driving out of town. I placed a mobile order and arrived at 10:35. We were informed that they would not fulfill our order because they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. They charged us for food that we didn’t receive after assuring us that we wouldn’t be charged and haven’t responded to our efforts to reach out.

Waited more than 30 minutes for an in-store order while drive-thru customers kept getting served. No communication, no apology, nothing.
It honestly feels like walking inside was a mistake. Poor customer service and very frustrating.

Everything was great until my food came up and it just sat there. I happened to get up and walk to the counter where I see my order just sitting there.. so I inquired about it and before I realized I had three people discussing whose fault it was. So I said while you guys are arguing, can I have my food. They gave it to me but the fries was cold. So they had to redo my fries. And when new fries came out, they were giving out because they forgot about me again so I had to wait for another batch to come out. And this time spokd out and was able to get my fries..Damn

Saturday, 4/12/25 around 9:10am- I come to this McDonald’s at least 3 times a week just for the mocha frappe. I asked for extra chocolate drizzle on my mocha, it wasn’t there and I PAID for it. I asked the young caucasian girl that wears glasses at the 2 window, if she could just add more to it and she told me no. So I asked could she give me some extra chocolate drizzle on the side. She ROLLED her eyes at me.
It’s not my fault I paid for my order and it wasn’t correct. I asked for it to be corrected and she acted like it was asking her for $100 or something. She doesn’t need to be working in customer service. Take the bad attitude and work behind a desk somewhere behind a wall.

Ordered online to pickup inside. Stood at front counter for five minutes and the staff ignored me and the 3 other customers. After going out to the drive through they insisted I go back inside so they could ignore me again for 5 minutes
