I visited this location on March 2, 2026 around 7:10 PM and had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru window. When I mentioned that one of the Happy Meals was missing apple slices, the employee in a red shirt immediately cut me off and insisted both meals were rung up with double fries. I had already checked my receipt before saying anything. When she returned to the window, I was trying to explain that I was also missing an apple juice, but she shut the window while I was still speaking. I did eventually receive the missing items, but the way the situation was handled felt dismissive and disrespectful. Mistakes happen, but basic courtesy toward customers goes a long way.

Ordered the new hot honey chicken sandwich today. I usually never order chicken sandwiches but I wanted to try it. First bite- chicken came off in a chewy stringy like chunk! Second bite the same. Had to work to chew it! Can’t figure out why the meat would be chewy period. Threw it in the trash!!!

Very Rude, i asked for a McCrispy Plain and the manager that works here told me that what made the burger spicy was the sauce. I asked if they had the regular spicy chicken meat that they could replace it with. She got an attitude and started saying “You’re not listening to me” and continued saying that the sauce was what made the burger spicy. She did not state that they didnt have the spicy chicken meat. But she got mad and walked off. Unpleasant behavior. I didnt get the managers name but this incident happened on Friday Jan 2, at 11:54am. Just about to be lunch time. Do not recommend!!

I don’t know what’s up with the night time but they were rude. No greeting, no smile, not even a welcome. Ask for my food fresh and got an attitude instead. Just to get home to cold food. I didn’t make a fuss, I didn’t even mention it I just knew I was coming straight to Google! Horrible experience. I thought Georgia head southern hospitality. I guess fresh means to just burn the bread.

Extremely rude staff on October 27th at 6pm! There were a few ladies working at this time and they were very short and rude with me, at both windows. After making my order and pulling up to the first window, I observed the young lady at the register gossiping and what seemed to be arguing with someone on her cellphone. She didn’t greet me, due to being so occupied with the person on her phone. After taking my order, she failed to give me my receipt and when I asked for it, she gave me a short and rude response, by telling me to get it from the second window. That’s not all, the young lady at the second window was just as rude, after giving me my bag, she didn’t ask if I needed any ketchup, napkins or anything and I proceeded to ask for my receipt from her. Shortly after she gave me my receipt, she immediately closed the window and walked away, no thank you, have a nice day, nothing. This is not acceptable and makes your brand look terrible. Customers shouldn’t have to be met with rude attitudes and dismissed when we’re spending our hard earned money.

The young man, I believe is the Assistant manager (or manager) What an amazing work ethic. He was kind in how he spoke to the staff. Polite to the customers and was on top of everything. My husband made a statement about him saying, ” He’ll own his own McDonald’s some day.” Good job hiring and putting your trust in this young man.

I work at this same McDonald’s location horrible I went in this morning to get breakfast mind u i ordered from McDonald’s app the boy that was at front counter doin everything else but takin care of the front counter customers more then 2 people got a refund bc they said they didn’t have anymore breakfast Mind you we all been sittin there since before 10:29 even hit! Before breakfast was even over im erked! Bad customer service only thing I was able to get was my frappe

Bathroom was broken and the dining area was wet and the ceiling was dripping on the floor. There were a bunch of employees who either didn’t want to be there or really just don’t want a job…. No cares given about the water all over the floor and the potential lawsuits… Food took about 20 minutes to get 2 Big Macs….. they couldn’t even figure out if the drink machine in the dining area was working…. WTF….

Lobby states it closes at 12:00 pm however lobby was closed at 10:15 pm. So O went through the drive thur and it took them literally 4 minutes to take my order . Remind you there is a total of 6 cars in the drive thur. This store needs new management and employees.
