Looks like they don’t care much for the people who order through uber. Let me explain. I ordered through the uber app. My order was wrong, the uber driver told thr staff currently working today 2/6/2026 @1:00pm that the order is wrong. They told hee that “its ok the person can dispute it with uber”. Instead of correcting the order right there. If I had driven for my order and it was wrong they would have changed it to be correct, so whats the difference. Wrong is wrong. Needless to say, I did dispute it with uber, I was refunded and recieved free items that I didn’t order. Where is the morals and values. You do not treat uber drivers as if they are less important than another customer, THEY ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS. And the uber lady driver was very nice, I can see how she wouldn’t fight this. Do the right thing sonic, have some integrity.

Worst experience of my life they had no idea what there doing. They weren’t even busy and couldn’t get my order right. They pretty much ripped me off and the food I got that wasn’t right and they just wanted to argue with me about it was slopped together and cold. Don’t go here if you want good service and the food you ordered. I posted this once already but somehow it disappeared. And management never got a hold of me to find out what happened or make it right if that tells you anything that should be enough.

Well I hadn’t been there in a while. Boy let me tell you the people that work there are weird. But in a cool kinda way. ] This is an update on the sonic drive in on the north end Mount Pleasant , Texas. The service was so poor and our order was wrong. We could see the employees thru the window on their phones. Maybe that’s why our order was wrong , they were not paying attention. So we went around and showed them that they had done our order wrong and when they brought back my new order , this is what they brought me. Seriously !?

I went to the drive thru since I only wanted 2 drinks, I ordered and pulled up to wait in line and I waited literally for 10 minutes then when I finally get to the window there was a girl that undoubtedly was car hopping and working the drive thru because as I pulled up she walked out of the front door carrying someone’s order and I waited at least 5 more minutes but I did get a good show considering there were 3 guys just standing around dancing and waving their hands around like they were gangsta rappers, I’ve never really had a problem during the day but from now on I’ll definitely be driving to the other side of town to the other location, and to make matters worse I waited all that time for an improperly made drink but I mixed the drink myself in less than 2 minutes and it’s better, maybe I need to get a job at sonic then

Stopped in to get my family dinner this evening pulled into stall to place my order and was hit in the face by the rankest smell of Marijuana when i rolled down my window so much so that in the short time it took me to roll my window back up the smell had infiltrated my car and nostrils and nauseated me as I absolutely despise the stench. If you are the manager of this location please you must know by now that this is not an acceptable way to run an establishment as it is very unappealing to the consumer to have to endure this. Would give 0 stars if possible.

There’s no excuse for the wait time when there are more than enough staff to accommodate 3 customers. Waited in drive through for 5 mins no answer, waited again at the drive in for an additional 10 minutes just to get ICE. There needs to be a level of accountability

Food is decent, but nothing can excuse the EXCESSIVE WAIT TIMES; even if it’s just one person doing everything (I really hope not), something has to be sped up. If there’s anything good, they rarely get the order wrong in my experience, but again, this is a FAST FOOD restaurant being slower than a family diner

After the severe storms and being without electricity going on my third day, I stopped here for a simple breakfast sandwich before work. I ordered the brioche breakfast sandwich with bacon. When I opened the bag at my office, it contained a chicken sandwich with pickles. This is SO typical of this location – it’s just awful and I won’t return.
