I ordered on DoorDash, the bag comes sealed etc etc. The smell from the inside of the bag when I pulled off the seal, was horrible. I instantly decided I’m not eating anything in this bag. I ordered the nacho supreme dip, a crunch wrap supreme, and churros. The nachos smell HORRIBLE. Turned my stomach immediately. The crunch wrap has an odd smell as well, but it’s not as strong as the nachos. Kinda smells like burning plastic bottles maybe. I would eat the dip with my own chips at least but I don’t want to get sick. Churros smell ok but I never planned to eat them, I just needed my order to be over $12. Anywho this was a waste, let me throw this all out in the outside trash before I pass out.

All employees working very hard the whole time “busy as bees” aiding drive through and my large order of 5 tacos and 5 burritos plus nachos and Janiah was absolutely a sweetheart !

This place has hit rock bottom for service. This isn’t the first time this has happened in 2025 but its the worse. I just waited exactly 20 minutes in the parking lot for my food. I was the fifth vehicle waiting. Not to mention after ordering online, waiting at the drive through for a few minutes i had to finally pull to the window because no one would even speak up on the intercom. Been going to this location for well over 20 years and it’s NEVER been anything even close to this. At least it matches the service of the McDonalds next door.

Disappointed! I ordered value menu item chipotle ranch grill chicken burrito -$2.79, the restaurant is not busy, the burrito is not tasty, quality is okay, quantity is very low , prices are high compared to other Taco Bell locations. Only one small chicken piece, and no sauces. I will not recommend this place!

Service is super slow on the inside. Good luck getting your food because they will ignore your order as they continue to make drive thru orders that came after you.

Nothing was right. Paid for extra meat cheese and sour cream. Got home and opened the bag to find none of it. Wasn’t even enough meat and cheese to even fully cover my wraps. Sorry excuse customer reaction and giving the public what they pay for. Everyone that was working Thursday September 4th should be fired as far as I’m concerned. If you can’t do your job correctly, get out of the business.

The food always tastes cold and stale like it’s been sitting up for a while customer service you have to wait they will walk up to the front counter look at you and then walk back off until you say something to them first as a restaurant worker I know how important it is to not just to sell food but customer service as well you always want your customers to feel welcome and not only welcome but to serve them with the presentation and quality of fresh safety food so this time I’m giving it one ⭐
