I used to go to this restaurant specifically because of the fast service and freshness… the last few times I have gone its been..alright..sometimes the fries taste old and not so hot and crispy..the burger itself is dry…and tgis last time my order was missing a few components ..that was my fault for not checking but I didnt think I had to it wasn’t that busy…how could they mess up?..well they did… overall its ok…I definitely see it failing in the last few years…

Stopped here to grab a bite, went through the drive-thru, a gentleman took our order he was very nice and chipper. (A wonderful change in pace as any Fast food is a teen with bad attitude) we got the food, it was warm and the fries were the best I’ve ever gotten from Wendy’s, salty and crispy. This was excellent customer service, and good quality food. This is the example every fast food restaurant should be striving for!

Specifically came to this location because they are usually better than other Wendy’s in the ABQ area. What I’m finding is that they are very hit or miss.
I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger biggie bag and after checking my burger, I noticed what looked like ketchup juice on the bun. I got down and went inside and after a little back and forth, I was given a remake burger (all was good for now). I went home to eat and was disappointed to see my burger was raw raw raw. The nuggets were not fresh. The fries were ok, they were the only really edible part of the meal. Unfortunately, I was not given a receipt so I can leave feedback.
I can appreciate that speed is of importance for this location but if your speed is compromising your quality…it’s not worth it. I’d rather wait for my food to be fresh and cooked correctly.

Stopped for lunch en route from Phoenix to Fort Collins, CO. Window staff was courteous and friendly. Our order was filled quickly and correctly. We each had a Wendy’s single combo. Wendy’s fries are perfectly salted. And after all these years the single burger is still juicy and loaded with flavor. On a side note. We all know that fast food chains have upped their hourly wage tremendously over the last couple of years. As expected, that increase in cost to franchise owners has resulted in substantial increases in the cost to consumers. A single combo with burger, fries and a drink was $9.38. Wow. At that level consumers have many more choices of where and what to eat. Had we not been on a tight schedule we could have had a sit down meal at a standard restaurant.

Just did a drive through order with Wendy’s I ordered two biggie bags and my meat wasn’t cooked all the way, I don’t care to go back for a refund either because the cashier JoeLee was clearly frustrated the entire time.

I had the new hot honey chicken sandwich. It was decent, but the chicken could have been fresher. I would have liked a little more of the sauce. The flavor of the sandwich was good overall.

Don’t even bother ordering ahead in the app or to be delivered. These people NEVER have your order ready on time. You’re better off driving there and ordering. You’ll get your order faster that way

Terrible service. Went in through the drive through specifically to use a $1.99 kids meal cupón. Everything went well til I went through the window and when I was going to hand the cupon the blonde chick was extremely rude and told me that I had to give her tone code before. She couldn’t even look at me it’s like she was avoiding it. I handed her the cupon and she asked chocolate or vanilla… the cupon was clearly not a free frosty cupon it was a $1.99 kids meal cupon but she didn’t even bother to look at it. She just handed it and didn’t even say thank you or anything and immediately closed the window, I was going to ask for more napkins and ketchup but she didn’t even bother. Terrible service 1/10.

PLEASE clean your drink machine and ice machine. Found this in my ginger ale after the ice melted so I suspect it was the ice, but this is so freaking gross and unhygienic. I’m very upset and disgusted.
