Chaotic doesn’t even beging to describe how this location is run. Everything is unclear. No obvious signage for where people should place and order, and where you’re supposed to pick it up they barricaded the counter with some sort of stained glass to where you can’t see or hear anything. You can’t even reach across this barrier they put to grab your order after waiting forever in confusion. This location is a MESS

I’ve already made a complaint to corporate about the cleanliness and the poor service at the cashier, especially with the older woman complaining to the staff rather than taking orders and the gentleman with blue hair just wandering around. Plus the employee who’s only job is to make drinks. There’s always a huge garbage bin sitting in the lobby. Obviously the health department isn’t doing their job. This place is a circus. 20 minutes after I ordered my shake they tell me the machine is broke. Too small eating area, order area and kitchen to feed a family fed. Staff is nice.

I don’t like going to that Burger King because it gets pack. I try to avoid it especially when I’m with my oldest son who is disabled and autistic. I went yesterday there because it was hot and my son was acting up. He wanted a soda. But I was making sure he doesn’t go and grab it. I told him we have to Wait for someone to give us the drink so I can pay after everyone there. The so called manager was rude and acted like I was going to cut. I was polite and everything. There was a senior citizen lady in front of me . She wanted to let me go and I said no thank you because she was first. But, my problem wasn’t the customers. My problem was the so called manager that acted like I was going to cut and knock folks down. I was upset and straight up told her that she didn’t need to be rude. All she had to say was let me attend to these people first and I will help you. But, no… she was so negative and rude. Not everyone that works there is rude. But, that Puerto Rican older lady, who claims to be the manager was rude. Once I paid for just a drink and a cookie… she was all nice saying have a good day. Like yeah sure lady. I ended it there by saying thank you. Because I really didn’t have time for the rude behavior from her. Other than that the food is good. Customer service not so good. Folks like her need to know how to be appropriate and respectful to folks with disabilities. If you see someone struggling or trying to take off call emergency or whatever. Not hard to use some common sense and some empathy.
