Yeah the attitudes from the drive thru workers is beyond INSANE. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there, or even, if you don’t like being friendly then DONT WORK FAST FOOD. Simple as that. A simple your welcome or smile isn’t hard even if you have a bad attitude. I had a worker at the second drive through give me my food and as I’m saying thank you she didn’t even give a smile or a “your welcome” just closed the door in my face. DIABOLICAL also, if yall rotate depending on hours it was the NIGHT SHIFT workers like you’ve been chilling all day what are you mad for?

I go inside and nearly fall on my back. The floor is soaked. There is a wet flood sign on the other side of the store. Not only that. They did not give us our complete order. They said “oh didn’t come on the truck” well don’t you think you should mention that at some point and offer a substitution? No they just figure it’s okay to just not include it at all. Will not return.

Stopped at this McDonald’s on my way to a Friday night football game in Kimberly. A dinner for less than $10 was great. I was surprised at the service, cleanliness and good attitudes of the workers who really seemed to keep doing things like cleaning trays and tables, sweeping, etc.

The lady who took our order at the register was super helpful, and kind. We left with our order only to realize we forgot something and she came to find us and give it.

On NOV 26th, I got a double cheeseburger for lunch at 12PM. It was horrible. I ate it because it’s all I could get at the time for my lunch. By 1PM, I was being carried away to the hospital via ambulance. I got food poisoning. AVOID THIS PLACE! I will NEVER return. I spent 4 days with diarrhea and vomiting.

What an horrible experience. Went through the drive thru. The self proclaimed manager was very busy talking with someone on her pink phone. She gave us half our order and someone else’s whole order. When we tried to correct it she just said I can’t deal with these people and closed the window. Eventually someone else arrived and fixed the situation

I have never received service as bad as I did on my last visit. And never imagined that a place would kick out a paying customer. I was rudely and loudly told that I needed to ‘buy something or leave’ by someone I assume was a manger or supervisor, not sure. Crazy part is I had eaten breakfast there that morning and obviously paid for it. And I had just finished enjoying my lunch, which I paid for, when I was told this. I will never be back to this McDonald’s unless changes are made with the staff.
