We stopped in here on our way back home. The establishment is clean and chilled perfectly for summer. The employee who took our order was friendly and quick, just what we wanted. The pop machine kind of sucked, the mt dew needed the syrup changed or something I had to dump it and get Pepsi but when I pushed the lever with the cup there was stuff spilling out the top all over my hand. The food was pretty great and came out quickly, nice and hot. We don’t have one of these back home so it was fun to try something new and we weren’t disappointed! Definitely worth a stop.

B-Bop’s is the perfect place to get a burger, fries and a shake. Whenever I’m in Des Moines, this is a must stop for me. Enjoyed this location because it had a nice area to sit down and eat a days worth of calories in one meal. Also, they had a nice bathroom to snap some quick selfies for the ‘gram letting people know you were eating Bops.

From the staff to the cleanliness of the building, this place is horrible. Staff unfriendly and could be heard cursing in the back. The floors looked as if they had not seen a broom or a mop in several days. I didn’t dare go to the bathroom. The food was ok, but not worth going back to any location, especially this one. Gross!

This newest B-Bop’s location has both outside and inside dining. I was in a rush so I went through the drive thru shortly after they opened. I got a simple burger and fries.
The burger was good. 1/4 lb patty, lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mustard and mayo. A little messy but flavorful.
The fries were decent. I got the nacho cheese to dip them in. Pretty good for the price.

Every single time I go here, they forget something or the food makes me sick. For some reason my partner keeps going even though it’s the same for him. Tried again today and they forget the chili. Do not recommend this location.

Girl on drive thru needs new job.. We sat there for 5+ minutes explaining what we wanted to her slowly and calmly. She simply just didn’t get it and overcharged us and ordered food we didn’t order. Resulting in $50 for fast food for 4 people not even meals for everyone. Tried to get a nice easy fast dinner but it was not nice, nor easy, or fast… Would go back but only would cause more issues as i feel they wouldn’t understand again.
