The food is always great at the Sheffield location but they always make you wait forever to take your order especially if you’re there getting breakfast hours they take one person’s order at a time and then turn around and ignore everybody else until they feel that one order and they’re always only worried about drive-through constant it just seems ridiculous to me if you walk in your money this is important as a drive-through also. and I definitely can’t understand why they can’t take more than one order at a time and while there’s an even allowed to ignore you like you’re not even there after they take one person’s order.

I ordered some chicken biscuits and asked him to put extra mustard on them as I do it every jacks I’ve ever go to however it was supposed to be fresh but yet it taste like it has been sitting for over an hour or so this is a 10 out of 10 I highly don’t recommend.

No urinal in the men’s restroom?? The men’s restroom was filthy. Every table in the place was dirty while the staff did not touch the tables in the time we were there. We love Jacks, this has a great location and extra truck / RV parking. Possibly just a visit with no management in the building.

The dining room was not clean. We were the only customers there and none of the employees set foot in the dining room to clear and clean tables. The men’s restroom was filthy and the urinal has been completely removed from the wall. We really love eating at Jack’s when we travel, but this one was a huge disappointment.

I never leave bad reviews I know some days are just bad . But they have been sorely lacking in their food lately. Today the biscuits were under done and the gravy is like water. The grits have a weird taste to them and I know that may seam petty. My sprite is awful and I’m assuming that it’s because it needs to be refilled which could be no fault to them. I know they can do better.

After proceeding through the drive-thru I paid for my order the window was closed in my face and I was told to have a nice day never received my food. After that they came to the window with someone else’s order asking me to pay for it. They had me pull forward told me they were waiting on a part of my order I watched multiple Vehicles pass through the drive-thru receiving their orders a couple of them had the same order that I had. At this point I entered the store and asked them what was going on and they said they didn’t have any orders on the screen that is because they are deleting the orders from the screen before they deliver them to the customer that way they keep their times down and they forgot that I was waiting these drive-thru operators cheating the system to try and get their times knocked down should be disciplined
