I have been eating at JSB for over 15 years and they have been consistently excellent throughout. The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is reliable, and the overall experience is just as great today as it was years ago. It is no surprise they are one of the few truly successful kosher franchises as their consistency and quality speak for themselves. Highly recommended!

Really good burgers. Double burger as well as the prime burger are really tasty. Price is really economical, and the burgers still taste like they are from high grade beef. Customer service is stellar. They work help you as fast as they can with a smile. Right before Passover, lines we’re obviously insanely long yet the staff continued to be extremely nice calm and hardworking! My favorite burger spot!

The other location is supposedly much better. Somebody had told me that it’s a phenomenal spot, but I wasn’t super impressed with this location. That being said you do get what they promote. It was good. I was just told that it was a lot better than my personal experience. A number of people told me that the other location has beef that is seasoned properly

The one on coney is one of the best kosher food spots in the Brooklyn area. Amazing food, the sandwiches are big, filling, and well packed, the service is great, and the ambience is amazing too.
The burgers are cooked to perfection, the buns are crispy and toasted right, they got everything down pat. 5 stars, highly recommended

Excellent service! 1000 stars! I ordered a burger and I wanted it to be well done, they gave me a new burger free of charge. The guy was so nice abt it! Not only did the guy give me a new burger, he gave me a bun, cut it in half and wrapped it like a new order! This store deserves 1000+ stars for their costumer service and food

I never leave reviews, but this was an egregious case. After waiting an hour for my burger I called to check the status of the order. The guy picked up the phone and told me that the burger was ready to be picked up, on my question when will it be picked up he replied that he doesn’t know.-) Finally 20 minutes later I have received my burger almost called. When I opened the package I’ve noticed a black hair inside the burger. Threw everything in the garbage. Please stay away from this disgusting place where owners are rude and disrespectful to their customers.
